ارزیابی عملکرد الگوریتم بهینه‌سازی چرخه آب در کالیبراسیون مدل کیفیQUAL2Kw

چکیده

با توجه به محدودیت کمی منابع آب قابل استفاده، گام اول در مدیریت این منابع حفظ کیفیت آن‌ها می­باشد. حفظ کیفیت منابع آب نیاز به فهم صحیح رفتار کیفی منبع آبی مورد نظر و مدل­سازی صحیح آن دارد. مدل QUAL2Kw ازجمله مدل­های عددی است که قابلیت مدل­سازی مسائل کیفی آب را دارد. با این وجود این مدل قبل از کالیبره شدن و اعتبارسنجی برای یک رودخانه معین قابل استفاده نیست. در این تحقیق کالیبراسیون مدل QUAL2Kw با استفاده از الگوریتم چرخه آب (WCA) انجام شد. برای این منظور داده­های کیفی رودخانه یامونا در هند، از جمله متغیرهای کیفی CBODs، CBODf، ON، NH4 و NO3مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج کالیبراسیون حاصل از دو الگوریتم GA و WCA مقایسه شدند. مقدار R2 برای همه متغیرها به­طور متوسط 97/0 بود. دامنه تغییرات RMSE برای WCA و GA به ترتیب برابر 32/0 تا 2/4 و 4/0 تا 2/8 است. به­طور کلی می­توان نتیجه گرفت الگوریتم WCA نسبت به GA در کالیبراسیون مدل QUAL2Kw از عملکرد و دقت مطلوب­تری برخوردار است و می­توان از آن برای کالیبراسیون مدل استفاده کرد.

چکیده [English]

The first step in management of available water resources is to maintain their quality, due to the limited usable water resources. Conservation of water resources quality requires the correct understanding of the fate of water quality and its proper modeling. The QUAL2Kw Model is a numerical model that can simulate water quality issues. However, this model cannot be used before calibration and validation for a given river. In this research, the calibration of the QUAL2Kw model was performed using the Water Cycle Algorithm (WCA). For this regards, the qualitative data of Yamuna River in India includingCBODs, CBODf, organic nitrogen, ammonia and nitrate during the period of ten years (1999-2009) were studied. The results of calibration with GA and WCA algorithms were compared together. The average R2 value was 97 percent for all the variables. RMSE ranges for WCA and GA algorithm were 0.32 to 4.2 and 0.4 to 8.2, respectively. In general, it can be concluded that the WCA algorithm has a better performance and accuracy than GA in calibration of the QUAL2Kw model and can be used to calibrate the model.
