Climate is the result of the reactions of the atmosphere and the ocean with each other, which manifests itself in the form of floods, landslides, extreme events, floods, heat waves, storms, and hurricanes. In the meantime, some cases are more important. Hyper linkage indices are in this category. In this study, the effects of Southern Oscillation Index (SOI) on precipitation and relative humidity in 21 major synoptic stations in Iran over a period of 30 years have been investigated. The data are considered as quarterly averages and during the rainy season from October to June. The results show the different effect of the Southern Oscillation Index in different stations with different climates. The highest correlation of the index with precipitation and relative humidity components was calculated in Shiraz station with a correlation of 58%.The different climate of this region, especially in its southern regions, is another prominent result of this research, although this region with its diversity of climate is more influenced by the monsoon currents of India and the Mediterranean Sea, but the Southern Oscillation Index, which is caused by the difference in sea level pressure in Tahiti and Darwin in the east and north of the Pacific Ocean, also has a significant effect on the precipitation component and relative humidity of this region. The importance of teleconnections is so great that even if the region is different in terms of latitude, topography, and the like.
