5. Sending the manuscript back to the author(s) for revision
6. Submission to a coordinating reviewer for evaluation of the revisions made
7. Final decision by the editor-in-chief regarding acceptance or rejection of the manuscript for publication based on the coordinating reviewer’s opinion
