اثر تغییر اقلیم بر مناطق عمده تولید گندم دیم در ایران
تغییر اقلیم به همراه گرمایش جهانی منتج به افزایش وقوع پدیدههای نامطلوب آب و هوایی شده که میتواند سبب کاهش عملکرد محصول شده و امنیّت غذایی را به خطر اندازد. به منظور بررسی اثر تغییر اقلیم بر خطرپذیری مناطق تولید عمده گندم دیم از لحاظ قرارگیری در معرض خطر وقوع پدیدههای نامطلوب، از 13 شاخص اقلیمی-کشاورزی که بر مبنای خروجی مجموعه مدلهای CMIP5 و سناریوهای RCP8.5 و RCP2.6 است، استفاده شد. برای رقم زودرس و دیررس در پایان قرن، احتمال وقوع تنشهای حرارتی در مرحله گلدهی و پرشدن دانه افزایش خواهد یافت، بهگونهای که این تنشها به پدیده غالب در تمام مناطق تبدیل خواهند شد. در تمام مناطق و در دوره پایه، احتمال وقوع حداقل یک پدیده نامطلوب برای رقم زودرس و دیررس به ترتیب بیش از 20 و 90 درصد انتظار میرود و این احتمال در آینده برای رقم زودرس و دیررس به ترتیب به بیش از 40 و 94 درصد افزایش مییابد. احتمال وقوع همزمان تنش حرارتی و رطوبتی در مرحله گلدهی در آینده نسبت به دوره پایه، متناسب با کاهش تنش رطوبتی برای سناریوهای مختلف کاهش مییابد. در آینده مناطقی که با خطر وقوع حداقل دو پدیده نامطلوب مواجه هستند نسبت به مناطقی که با خطر وقوع حداقل یک پدیده مواجه هستند در کل افزایش بیشتری نسبت به دوره پایه خواهند داشت. با نزدیک شدن به پایان قرن، مناطق بیشتری در معرض خطر وقوع حداقل یک و دو پدیده نامطلوب قرار خواهند گرفت.

حذف آنتیبیوتیک نورفلوکساسین از محلول آلوده بوسیله ریزجلبک کلرلا
در این پژوهش توانایی حذف آنتیبیوتیک نورفلوکساسین از محلول آبی توسط ریزجلبک کلرلا مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. همچنین پیامدهای سمی این آنتیبیوتیک بر روی ریزجلبک کلرلا با مطالعه ویژگیهای رشدی و بیوشیمیایی آن شامل وزن خشک سلول، کلروفیل کل و محتوای کارتنوئید بررسی شد. آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل و با سه تکرار انجام شد. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل پنج سطح آنتیبیوتیک (صفر، 20، 50، 80، 120 میلیگرم بر لیتر) و شش زمان نمونهبرداری (صفر، 1، 3، 6، 9 و ۱۴ روز) بود. وزن خشک سلولی ریزجلبک با افزایش غلظت نورفلوکساسین به طور معنیداری کاهش یافت و در پایان ۱۴ روز انکوباسیون در غلظتهای ۵۰، ۸۰ و ۱۲۰میلیگرم بر لیتر آنتیبیوتیک در مقایسه با شاهد به ترتیب ۶1/21، 41/42 و 23/55 درصد کاهش نشان داد. مقادیر کلروفیل کل و کارتنوئید با افزایش زمان انکوباسیون به طور معنیداری به دلیل تنش ناشی از نورفلوکساسین افزایش پیدا کردند. غلظت مؤثر (EC50) نورفلوکساسین برای ریزجلبک کلرلا 71/453 میلیگرم بر لیتر در پایان 14 روز انکوباسیون محاسبه شد. کلرلا توانست پس از دو هفته انکوباسیون به ترتیب 15/69، 78/51، 41/28 و 18/18 درصد آنتیبیوتیک نورفلوکساسین را از محلول آبی دارای غلظتهای 20، 50، 80 و 120 میلیگرم بر لیتر حذف کند.

پیشبینی خشکسالی با استفاده از مدل ترکیبی GEP-GARCH(مطالعه موردی: ایستگاه سینوپتیک سلماس)
پیشبینی خشکسالی نقش مهمی در طراحی سیستمهای سازگاری با خشکسالی و اجرای عملیات تسکین ایفا مینماید. دادههای هیدرولوژیک بهصورت ترکیبی از بخش قطعی و تصادفی میباشند. با توجه به اینکه دادههای تولیدی مدلهای هوشمند بهصورت قطعی میباشند، استفاده از رویکردی جدید برای اعمال بخش تصادفی در پیشبینی این دادهها میتواند قطعیت مدل را افزایش دهد. در این تحقیق با ترکیب مدل برنامهریزی بیان ژن (GEP) و مدل سری زمانی مبتنی بر واریانس ناهمسان شرطی (GARCH) سعی در ارائه مدلی ترکیبی برای پیشبینی خشکسالی شده است. بدین منظور پیشبینی خشکسالی در ایستگاه سلماس با استفاده از شاخص خشکسالی SPEI در گامهای زمانی مختلف در طی دوره آماری 35 ساله و با پنج مدل ورودی مختلف شامل مقادیر شاخص SPEI از یک تا پنج گام زمانی تأخیر، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که روش GEP در مقیاس زمانی کوتاهمدت شاخص SPEI از دقت مناسب برخوردار نمیباشد و با افزایش مقیاس زمانی عملکرد مدل بهبود پیدا میکند. نتایج مدل ترکیبی نشان داد که خطای مدل GEP در همه مقیاسهای زمانی کاهش پیدا میکند و این بهبود عملکرد در مقیاسهای زمانی کوتاهمدت ملموستر میباشد بهنحویکه ضریب همبستگی در مقیاس زمانی سهماهه در مدل ساده GEP از 622/0 به 891/0 در مدل ترکیبی افزایش پیدا کرده است.

پارامتریابی و ارزیابی مدل DSSAT/CANEGRO برای نیشکر رقم CP57-614 در شرایط اقلیمی خوزستان
هدف از این پژوهش واسنجی مدل CANEGRO/ DSSATبا استفاده از دادههای دو کشت از رقم CP57-614 در کشت و صنعت نیشکر امیرکبیر خوزستان و ارزیابی آن برای سطوح مختلف آبیاری است. طرح آزمایشی اجرا شده در سالهای زراعی 85-86 و 94-95 در سه سطح آبیاری شامل دو سطح تنش آبی و یک سطح آبیاری کامل در سه تکرار در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی اجرا گردیده است. بهمنظور دستیابی به برخی ضرایب ورودی، ابتدا واسنجی مدل با روش GLUE انجام شد. مدل CANEGRO دارای 20 پارامتر ژنتیکی میباشد که بهمنظور کاهش تعداد آنها، پارامتریابی انجام شد. مقایسه پیشبینیها و شبیهسازیهای مدل نشان داد که راندمان مدل برای وزن خشک هوایی برابر با 69/0 تا 75/0، وزن خشک ساقه برابر با 67/0 تا 7/0 و ساکارز برابر با 18/0 تا 25/0 است. دقت مدل در پیشبینی ساکارز نسبت به بقیه متغیرها کمتر بود که به سبب اندازهگیریهای ساکارز در اواخر فصل است.

بررسی کارایی کاهش سختی آب (کلسیم و منیزیم) با استفاده از رزینهای کاتیونی قوی
با توجه به هزینه بالای ناشی از تصفیه آب بهوسیله مواد شیمیایی، تصفیه توسط روشهای کمهزینه بسیار مهم است. در این پژوهش برای بررسی توانایی رزینهای کاتیونی در امر تصفیه از چهار نوع رزین کاتیونی قوی شاملPurolite C100، Purolite C100E، Trilite SCR-B وDowex Marathon C بهعنوان سختیزدا با مقادیر 3، 5، 8 و 10 لیتر برای کاهش یونهای کلسیم و منیزیم ایستگاه آبرسانی روستای ذغال منزلشهرستان جویبار استان مازندران استفاده گردید. در این تحقیق اثر نوع و مقدار رزین بر میزان حذف کلسیم و منیزیم آب به صورت آزمایشهای فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد رزین Dowex Marathon C به میزان 3 لیتر دارای بیشترین راندمان حذف به میزان 1/16 و 5/21 درصد به ترتیب برای منیزیم و کلسیم میباشد. رزین Trilitle SCR-B نیز دارای راندمان حذف عناصر منیزیم و کلسیم به میزان 4/37 و 5/42 درصد در حجم 5 لیتر و 6/51 و 3/60 درصد در حجم 8 لیتر میباشد. همچنین در حجم 10 لیتر، رزین Purolitle C100e با 66 درصد بیشترین راندمان حذف منیزیم و رزین Trilitle SCR-B با 6/77 درصد بیشترین راندمان حذف عنصر کلسیم را در بین تمامی جاذبها به خود اختصاص دادهاند. در نهایت میتوان گفت که رزین Trilite SCR-B با کمترین میزان سختی کلسیمی و منیزیمی (به ترتیب 36 و 16 میلیگرم بر لیتر) در آب و بیشترین تأثیر در کاهش سختی برای استفاده در سیستم تصفیه آب شهرستان جویبار توصیه میشود.

بهینهسازی الگوی کشت و منابع آب در سطوح مختلف آبیاری برای مناطق گرم و خشک (مطالعهی موردی، دشت-های دهلران استان ایلام)
این پژوهش با هدف صرفهجویی در منابع آب با رویکرد تکنیکهای کمآبیاری با استفاده از مدل برنامهریزی غیرخطی با اعمال بهینهسازی الگوی کشت موجود در هشت مزرعه مشاهداتی برای یازده محصول آبی غالب، شامل گندم زمستانه، جو، کلزا، چغندرقند پاییزه، ذرت دانهای، سورگوم، گوجه فرنگی، پیاز و سیب زمینی، باقلا سبز و هندوانه پاییزه در اراضی پایاب سد مخزنی دویرج دهلران واقع در جنوب غرب کشور انجام گردید. کاهش عملکرد و سود خالص حاصل از کشت هر محصول برای سطوح نیاز آبی 50%،60%،70%،80%،90% و 100% در طول فصل رشد محاسبه گردید. تابع هدف برای بیشینه نمودن سود خالص با محدودیتهای مختلف از جمله ثابت بودن سطح زیر کشت، برای سناریوهای الگوی کشت موجود، سیاستهای وزارت جهاد کشاورزی و الگوی پیشنهادی محاسبه گردید. نتایج مقایسه سناریوها نشان داد در شرایط آبیاری کامل، سود خالص الگوی کشت وزارت کشاورزی نسبت به الگوی کشت موجود، 33/1% و برای 90% و80% نیاز آبی بهترتیب 19/1%، 05/1% افزایش گردید، در این شرایط بهترتیب 18% و 34% از منابع آب صرفهجویی گردید. همچنین نتایج الگوی کشت پیشنهادی محصولات گندم، کلزا، چغندر پاییزه و ذرت دانهای نشان داد که سود خالص سناریوهای نیاز آبی 60% ،70 %،80% و90% بهترتیب 4/14%، 6/33%، 54%، 7/74% نسبت به شرایط الگوی کشت موجود افزایش یافت و به میزان60%، 49%، 35% و 19%، از منابع آب صرفهجویی گردید. استفاده از مدل برنامهریزی غیرخطی نشان داد با بهینهسازی الگوی کشت همراه با تکنیک کم آبیاری علاوه بر افزایش سود خالص وصرفهجویی مصرف آب کشاورزی نسبت به شرایط کشت موجود، میتواند در حفظ و پایداری منابع آب سطحی و زیرزمینی موثر واقع شود.

بررسی آزمایشگاهی تاثیر برداشت مصالح در آبشستگی اطراف گروه پایههای مسلح شده
پدیده آبشستگی اطراف پایههای پل به خصوصیات هیدرولیکی جریان، شکل و فاصله قرارگیری پایهها نسبت به هم، جنس و اندازه دانهبندی بستر رودخانهها بستگی دارد. هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر گودال حاصل از برداشت مصالح در میزان آبشستگی اطراف گروهپایهها است. بنابراین برای کاهش اثر منفی این برداشت، از گروهپایههایی با دورپیچ کابل به عنوان مسلحکننده استفاده گردید. گروهپایهها از سه پایه متوالی در راستای جریان تشکیل شدهاند. آزمایشها در دو حالت ساده و مسلحشده ( v شکل)، در بستر ماسهای با دانهبندی 78/0 میلیمتر به طول 25/4 متر، درون کانالی به طول 13 متر و عرض 2/1 متر انجام گرفته است. تاثیر برداشت مصالح بر میزان آبشستگی در هر دو قسمت بالادست و پاییندست گروهپایههای مذکور در شرایط جریان زیر بحرانی (محدوده عدد فرود 25/0 و 5/0) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که در تمام آزمایشها، برداشت مصالح از بالادست گروهپایه باعث کاهش و برداشت از پاییندست گروهپایه، موجب افزایش عمق آبشستگی بیشینه گردید. همچنین با افزایش عدد فرود از 25/0 به 5/0، در تمام پایهها و برای هر دو بستر بدون گودال (الف) و با گودال (ب)، عمق آبشستگی افزایش چشمگیری داشته است. بطوریکه کمترین افزایش آبشستگی برای حالت (الف) و (ب) به ترتیب حدودا برابر 44 و 66 درصد، مربوط به پایه آخر از گروهپایه پاییندست و بیشترین افزایش آبشستگی به ترتیب 75 و 76 درصد در پایه اول از گروهپایه بالادست مشاهده گردید.

تاثیر بیوچارهای تولید شده از بقایای گیاهی (هرس درختان و کاه و کلش) بر برخی شاخصهای میکروبیولوژیکی در خاکهای آهکی
به منظور بررسی تاثیر بیوچار ضایعات هرس درختان سیب و کلش گندم بر معدنی شدن کربن خاک و برخی شاخصهای میکروبیولوژیکی، آزمایش انکوباسیون به صورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملا تصادفی با 3 فاکتور: 1. نوع بیوچار (هرس شاخ و برگ سیب (AB) و کاه و کلش گندم (SB) برای آزمایش معدنیشدن کربن و (ضایعات هرس سیب (AB)، ضایعات هرس انگور (GB) و کاه و کلش گندم (SB) برای آزمایش اندازهگیری ویژگیهای میکروبیولوژیکی، 2. دمای تولید بیوچار (350 و 500 درجه سلسیوس) و 3. نوع خاک (با ماده آلی پایین (1) و ماده آلی بالا (2)) با سه تکرار اجرا گردید. برای اجرای آزمایش ابتدا مقدار 2 درصد (وزنی/وزنی) از بیوچارها به خاکها افزوده، سپس برای بررسی معدنی شدنکربن در زمانهای مختلف انکوباسیون، مقدار تنفس در بیوچارهای AB و SB اندازهگیری گردید و دادههای حاصل به معادله سنتیکی مرتبه اول برازش داده شدند و در پایان دوره انکوباسیون (96 روز) برخی شاخصهای میکروبیولوژیکی نیز اندازهگیری گردیدند. نتایج نشان داد، بیشترین پتانسیل معدنی شدن کربن (C0) در تیمار AB-350 در خاک 2 و کمترین مقدار آن در خاک 1 بود. مقدار معدنیشدن کربن، تنفس باکتریایی (BR)، تنفس برانگیخته با سوبسترا (SIR)، کربن زیست توده میکروبی (MBC) و فسفر زیست توده میکروبی (MBP) در تیمارهای بیوچار تولید شده در دمای 350 درجه سلسیوس بیشتر از بیوچارهای تولیدی در دمای 500 درجه سلسیوس بود. همچنین مقدار شاخصهای میکروبی اندازهگیری شده در خاک 2 با مقدار ماده آلی بالا بیشتر از خاک 1 بود. مقدار BR در بیوچار ضایعات هرس سیب، هرس انگور و کاه و کلش گندم تولید شده در دمای 350 درجهسانتیگراد در مقایسه با شاهد به ترتیب 75/1، 24/1 و 27/2 برابر بیشتر بود. مطالعه بطور واضح نشان میدهد که استفاده از بیوچارهای تولید شده در دمای پایین به خصوص بیوچار SB سبب بهبود کیفیت خاک میشود. بهطور کلی، دمای پیرولیز، نوع بیوچار و نوع خاک فاکتورهای کلیدی تأثیرگذار بر شاخصهای میکروبی بودند.

مقایسه سمیت و جذب کادمیوم از دو ترکیب پلیمری و نیتراتی توسط ذرت تلقیح شده با قارچ Glomus caledonium
در دهههای اخیر رشد صنعت سبب افزایش آلودگی خاکهای کشاورزی به فلزات سنگین شده است و استفاده از قارچ میکوریزا میتواند بر نحوه جذب این فلزات به گیاه تأثیرگذار باشد. لذا این تحقیق با استفاده از گیاه ذرت در شرایط گلخانهای با دو فاکتور کادمیوم (شامل سطوح صفر، mg Cd kg-150 با پلیمر Poly-hydroxybutanamide و mg Cd kg-150 با نیترات کادمیوم) و فاکتور قارچ (با قارچ میکوریزا Glomus Caledonium و بدون قارچ) بهصورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح پایۀ کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار انجام شد. آلودگی کادمیوم منجر به کاهش معنیدار (0.05≥P) عملکرد اندام هوایی (از g pot-105/31 به 34/26 و 10/27)، غلظت فسفر شاخساره (از g kg-1 37/0 به 36/0 و 36/0)، کربوهیدرات خاک (از mg g-167/12 به 40/10 و 81/9) و نیز منجر به افزایش معنیدار گلومالین خاک (از ug g-1 56/458 به 37/600 و 635) به ترتیب از تیمار شاهد به پلیمر-Cd و نیترات-Cd مشاهده گردید. استفاده از قارچ میکوریزا سبب کاهش جذب کادمیوم به گیاه، افزایش گلومالین خاک و بهبود پارامترهای موردبررسی شد. نتایج این مطالعه نقش کلیدی و مهم گلومالین را در پاسخ به شرایط تنش آلودگی کادمیومی نشان میدهد. کاربرد ترکیب پلیمر-کادمیوم (بهعنوان یک ترکیب غیر سمی)، دسترسی فلز سنگین برای گیاه را افزایش داد و منجر به جذب بیشتر گیاه (mg kg-191/34) نسبت به تیمار نیترات کادمیوم (mg kg-183/19) شد که میتواند در ارتقاء توان گیاهپالایی و بهعنوان راهکاری مؤثر در افزایش کارآیی گیاهپالایی خاکهای آلوده به فلزات سنگین مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

تنش شوری یکی از عوامل تأثیرگذار بر محصولات کشاورزی در مناطق خشک جهان است. در این شرایط تأثیر تیمارهای کودی پتاسیم و روی بر تولید گونههای فعال اکسیژن طی پژوهشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه عامل (رقم، کود و زمان) و سه تکرار در گلخانه بررسی شد. نتایج نشان دادند که کاربرد تیمار پتاسیم در رقم ساریگل و لیکورد موجب افزایش بهترتیب %1/49 و %4/14 فعالیت آنزیم سوپراکسید دیسموتاز (SOD) نسبت به سایر تیمارهای کودی شد. از طرفی کاربرد این تیمار کودی فعالیت آنزیم گایاکول پراکسیداز (GPX) را در رقم ساریگل و لیکورد بهترتیب %7/50 و %2/62 نسبت به سایر تیمارهای کودی افزایش داد. بیشترین فعالیت آنزیم SOD و GPX در مرحله قبل از گلدهی بود که نسبت به مرحله گلدهی به ترتیب %6/18 و %6/32 و نسبت به مرحله بعد از گلدهی بهترتیب %9/44 و %1/26 فعالیت بیشتری را نشان دادند. همچنین با مصرف کودهای پتاسیمی، محتوای نسبی آب در ارقام ساریگل و لیکورد بهترتیب حداقل به میزان %9/7 و %35/0 افزایش یافت. رقم ساریگل نسبت به لیکورد در ریشه و بخش هوایی بهترتیب به میزان %79/1 و %9/18 جذب پتاسیم کمتری داشت. بین دو رقم، ساریگل بهعنوان رقمی متحمل به شوری است و از جمله مراحل حساس رشد آن، مرحله قبل از گلدهی است که میتوان با مصرف کودهای پتاسیمی در این مرحله، به میزان زیادی از اثر تنش کاست.

بررسی آزمایشگاهی استهلاک انرژی در شیبشکنهای قائم مجهز به صفحات مشبک افقی با جریان فوق بحرانی
در این مطالعه با هدف افزایش استهلاک انرژی در شیبشکنهای قائم با جریان فوق بحرانی در بالادست، از صفحات مشبک به صورت افقی در لبه شیبشکن قائم به عنوان مستهلککننده انرژی اضافی جریان استفاده گردید. آزمایشها برای یک شیبشکن قائم ساده و شیبشکن مجهز به صفحات مشبک با دو نسبت تخلخل و سه بازشدگی دریچه تنظیم گردید. در طی آزمایشها مشاهده شد که صفحه مشبک افقی بعد از شیبشکن، با تقسیم جت در حال سقوط به تعداد بسیار زیادی از جتهای کوچک عمودی باعث افزایش تداخل هوا و تلاطم در داخل استخر گردید. مقایسه نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از این صفحات در شیبشکنهای قائم باعث افزایش عمق نسبی پاییندست، عمق نسبی استخر و استهلاک انرژی نسبی نسبت به شیبشکن قائم ساده میگردد. همچنین با بررسی نتایج مشخص گردید که با افزایش عدد فرود بالادست و کاهش عمق بحرانی نسبی، استهلاک انرژی نسبی افزایش مییابد. این درحالی است که تخلخل صفحات مشبک تأثیری بر روی این پارامتر ندارد. بررسی و مقایسه نتایج مربوط به شیبشکنهای قائم ساده و مجهز به صفحه مشبک نشان داد که استفاده از صفحات مشبک افقی در این سازهها باعث کاهش طول حوضچه آرامش و حذف سازه حوضچه آرامش میگردد.

ارزیابی رفتار کادمیم در یک خاک آهکی متأثر از بیوچارهای بقایای پوست گردو پوشش داده شده با نانو ذرات آهن صفر ظرفیتی
استفاده از سطوح بیوچار به عنوان بستری مناسب برای قرارگیری نانوذرات آهن صفر ظرفیتی میتواند علاوه بر افزایش پایداری و کاهش آگلومراسیون این نانوذرات، سبب افزایش فرایندهای جذبی بیوچار برای آلایندههای مختلف در محیطزیست شود. در این پژوهش، بقایای پوست گردو (R)، بیوچار بقایای پوست گردو (B)، و بیوچار بقایای پوست گردو پوشش داده شده با نانوذرات آهن صفر ظرفیتی (BN)، به صورت جداگانه در سه سطح (5/0، 2، و 4%) به یک خاک آهکی آلوده شده به کادمیم (200 میلیگرم کادمیم بر کیلوگرم خاک)، اضافه و پس از انجام فرایند خوابانیدن (90 روز)، رفتار کادمیم در خاک با استفاده از آزمایشات سینتیک واجذب و شکلهای شیمیایی، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد، کاربرد BN به طور قابل ملاحظهای نسبت به دو جاذب دیگر سبب کاهش واجذبی کادمیم (کاهش 69/59، 16/80 و 5/80 % به ترتیب در سطوح 5/0، 2، و 4%) در مقایسه با نمونه شاهد شد. مقادیر پایین از پارامتر Q1 (بخش لبایل کادمیم) در مدل دو مرحلهای مرتبه اول برازش داده شده بر دادههای دوفازی واجذبی کادمیم در خاکهای تیمار شده، نشان از اثر بهینه بهسازها (به ویژه BN) در کاهش بخش قابل دسترس کادمیم نسبت به نمونه شاهد داشت. کاربرد هر سه جاذب سبب کاهش درصد نسبی دو شکل متحرک تبادلی و کربناتی شده بود که این کاهش در خاکهای تیمار شده با BN (سطوح 2 و 4%) به صورت مشهودی بیش از سایر تیمارها بود. کاهش فاکتور تحرک کادمیم از 2/68% در نمونه شاهد به 51/35، 83/43 و 1/54% (میانگین سه سطح) به ترتیب در نمونههای تیمار شده با BN، B و R نشان از اثربخشی بالای بیوچارهای پوشش داده شده در تثبیت کادمیم نسبت به B و R داشت. بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق، بیوچارهای پوشش داده شده با نانوذرات آهن صفرظرفیتی، به دلیل تجمیع فرایندهای تثبیت دو ماده بیوچار (فرایندهای تبادل یونی، کمپلکس سطحی و رسوب سطحی یا رسوب مجدد) و نانوذرات آهن صفر ظرفیتی (فرایندهای جذب و تشکیل کمپلکس)، راندمان بالاتری در کاهش واجذبی و تحرک کادمیم در خاک آهکی مورد مطالعه نسبت به بیوچارهای غیرپوشش داده شده، نشان دادند.

اثر کمپوست مصرف شده قارچ و بیوچار آن بر عملکرد گیاه جعفری تحت تنش شوری
کمپوست قارچ پس از برداشت قارچ به عنوان ضایعات، دور ریخته میشود. به منظور بررسی تأثیر کمپوست مصرف شده قارچ و ذغال زیستی (بیوچار) آن بر مؤلفههای رشد و جذب برخی از عناصر غذایی در گیاه جعفری تحت تنش شوری، پژوهشی در گلخانهی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی خوزستان به صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. فاکتورها شامل کود کمپوست مصرف شده و ذغال زیستی آن هر کدام در دو سطح صفر و سه درصد وزنی و شوری در دو سطح دو و شش دسیزیمنس بر متر بودند. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش شوری از دو به شش دسیزیمنس بر متر، وزنتر و خشک اندام هوایی، ارتفاع گیاه، غلظت آهن، روی، مس، کلسیم، منیزیم، پتاسیم و فسفر به طور معنیداری کاهش مییابد. در مقابل با افزایش شوری، غلظت سدیم در بخش هوایی گیاه افزایش را نشان داد. کاربرد کودهای آلی کمپوست مصرف شده و ذغال زیستی آن باعث جذب بهتر عناصر غذایی و همچنین افزایش مؤلفههای رشدی در گیاه گردید. ذغال زیستی در سطح سه درصد وزنی در مقایسه با سه درصد وزنی کمپوست و شاهد (فاقد کود آلی) نتیجهی بهتری را در افزایش مؤلفههای رشدی و جذب عناصر غذایی نشان داد. نتایج این آزمایش حاکی از توانایی کمپوست و ذغال زیستی در کاهش اثرات تنش شوری و به تبع آن تنش خشکی است که علت آن را میتوان قابلیت نگهداشت آب توسط کمپوست و ذغال زیستی آن دانست. بنابراین استفاده از کمپوست مصرف شده به منظور بازیافت و دفع بیضرر این ماده زائد و برای افزایش سطح بهرهوری خاکهای شور و همچنین تبدیل آن به ذغال زیستی با رویکرد افزایش راندمان کودی میتواند مؤثر باشد.

ارزیابی عملکرد روشهای دادهگرا در تخمین بار کل رسوبی رودخانه های شنی
انجام مطالعات فراوان در رابطه با انتقال رسوب و بهویژه پیشبینی این پدیده نشانگر اهمیت بسیار بالای آن در علوم مرتبط با مهندسی و مدیریت منابع آب میباشد. در این بین روشهای هوشمند در سالهای اخیر به طور موفقیتآمیزی در پیشبینی بار بستر، بار معلق و همچنین بار کل رسوب به کار گرفته شده است. با این حال با توجه به کمبود دادههای مرتبط به بار کل برای رودخانههای با بستر شنی، مطالعات انجام گرفته در این راستا محدود میباشد. هدف از تحقیق حاضر استفاده از روشهای قدرتمند ماشین بردار پشتیبان، شبکه عصبی مصنوعی و رگرسیون فرآیند گاوسی به منظور پیشبینی بار کل رسوب در 19 رودخانه شنی واقع در ایالاتمتحده آمریکا و مقایسه نتایج حاصل با روشهای کلاسیک مرسوم میباشد. بدین منظور پارامترهای بدون بعد مختلفی مبتنی بر هیدرولیک جریان و مشخصات رسوب تعریف و عملکرد روشهای مذکور مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده شبکه عصبی مصنوعی با دارا بودن ضریب همبستگی و معیار ناش- ساتکیف به ترتیب برابر با 952/0 R= و 903/0 NSE= برای دادههای صحتسنجی از عملکرد بهتری نسبت به دو روش دیگر برخوردار میباشد. در نهایت با انجام تحلیل حساسیت، پارامتر نسبت سرعت متوسط به سرعت برشی جریان به عنوان تأثیرگذارترین پارامتر در پیشبینی بار کل رسوب معرفی شد.

ارزیابی شاخصهای تنش خشکی در کم آبیاری قطرهای کلزا
به منظور بررسی و ارزیابی شاخصهای تنش خشکی در روش آبیاری قطرهای نواری بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد دانه، عملکرد روغن، درصد روغن دانه و کارآیی مصرف آب دانه، آزمایشی در دو سال زراعی 90-1389 و 91-1390 در ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی بهبهان اجرا گردید. آزمایش به صـورت کرتهای یکبار خـــــرد شده در قالب بلـوکهای کامل تصادفی با 4 تکــرار اجرا شد. فاکتور اصلی شامل مقدار آب در آبیاری قطرهای نواری در چهار سطح 50، 75، 100 و 125 درصد نیاز آبی و فاکتور فرعی شامل رقم در دو سطح هیبرید Hyola 401 و رقم RGS003 بود. مقایسه میانگین عملکرد دانه در اثرات متقابل آبیاری و رقم نشان داد تیمار 100 درصد نیاز آبی و رقم Hyola 401 با عملکرد 2/3161 کیلوگرم در هکتار به دلیل مصرف کمتر آب نسبت به تیمار 125 درصد نیاز آبی، برترین تیمار بود. میانگین آب مصرفی در دو سال اجرای آزمایش در تیمارهای 50، 75، 100 و 125 درصد نیاز آبی به ترتیب معادل 8/1958، 1/2938، 6/3902 و 9/4896 مترمکعب در هکتار بود. نتایج ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد با افزایش وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد دانه و روغن دانه افزایش و کارایی مصرف آب دانه کاهش مییابد. به دلیل کم بودن مقادیر شاخصهای SSI و TOL در هیبرید Hyola 401 نسبت به رقم RGS003 و نیز بیشتر بودن مقادیر شاخصهای STI، MP و GMP در هیبرید فوق نسبت به رقم مزبور میتوان هیبرید Hyola 401 را از نظر تنش خشکی به عنوان تیمار برتر معرفی نمود. یکسان بودن روند تغییرات شاخصهای STI، MP و GMP در تیمارهای تنش 50 و 75 درصد نیاز آبی موجب شد تا این شاخصها قابلیت انتخاب معرفی تیمار مقاوم به تنش خشکی را به خود اختصاص دهند.

مقدار تولید آب شیرین در تقطیرگرهای خورشیدی متصل به گلخانه برای تأمین نیاز آبی گیاه ریحان در اهواز
نمکزدایی از آبهای شور و نامتعارف فرصتی برای توسعه پایدار بهویژه در مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک محسوب میشود. در این تحقیق یک گلخانه در دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز ساخته شد و شش دستگاه تقطیرگر خورشیدی روی آن نصب گردید. چهار دستگاه آن روی سقف و دو دستگاه دیگر روی دیواره جنوبی گلخانه نصب شدند و به منظور نمکزدایی از آب شور استفاده گردیدند. مجموع تولید آب شیرین شش تقطیرگر، به صورت روزانه محاسبه گردید. برای برآورد تبخیر- تعرق گلخانه از تشت تبخیر کوچک و روش موازنه آب خاک استفاده شد. تأثیر برخی پارامترهای هواشناسی روی تولید روزانه آب شیرین بررسی شد. هدف تحقیق حاضر این بود که کسر آب شیرین تولیدی به روش تقطیر نسبت به تبخیر- تعرق گیاه ریحان در این گلخانه تعیین شود. اندازهگیریهای روزانه و دورهای تولید آب شیرین با تبخیر- تعرق روزانه و فصلی گیاه ریحان مقایسه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین تبخیر- تعرق گیاه ریحان در چهار مرحله رشد گیاه بهترتیب 97/1، 03/7، 22/8 و 11/8 میلیمتر در روز است. با افزایش تشعشع خورشید و دما، کاهش ابرناکی و بارندگی، تولید آب شیرین افزایش یافت. سرعت باد و دید افقی بر روی تولید آب شیرین، تأثیر کمتری داشتند. میانگین تولید آب شیرین هر شش تقطیرگر متصل به گلخانه در چهار مرحله رشد گیاه بهترتیب 52/3، 62/4، 47/5، 42/5 لیتر در روز بهدست آمد. بنابراین آب تولیدی در ابتدای مرحله رشد معادل 79/1 برابر تبخیر- تعرق گیاه ریحان بوده و از مرحله دوم تا چهارم، تولید آب حدود 67/0 تبخیر- تعرق گیاه ریحان بود. تبخیر و تعرق گیاه ریحان در طول فصل رشد به مدت 100 روز، در تاریخ یک اردیبهشت 1397 تا هفت مرداد 1397، 9/678 میلیمتر بهدست آمد که 72% آن توسط تقطیرگرها با تولید 488 لیتر برای مساحت یک مترمربع بستر کشت شنی، تأمین گردید.

اثر متقابل تنش آبی و کود بر عملکرد محصول و بهرهوری آب گندم در شرایط شور
در این پژوهش اثر متقابل تنش رطوبتی در مراحل مختلف رشد و مصرف کودهای نیتروژن و پتاسیم در شرایط شور بر عملکرد محصول و بهرهوری آب گندم بررسی گردید. این مطالعه در قالب طرح کرت خرد شده بر پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با پنج تیمار آبیاری بهعنوان کرت اصلی، چهار تیمار کودی بهعنوان کرت فرعی و در چهار تکرار به مدت سه سال (1390-1393) در منطقه خسروشاه استان آذربایجان شرقی انجام شد. تیمارهای آبیاری شامل آبیاری در تمام مراحل رشد (I1)، قطع آب در مرحله ساقه رفتن (I2)، قطع آب در مرحله گلدهی (I3)، قطع آب در مرحله شیری شدن (I4) و قطع آب در دو مرحله شیری و خمیری شدن (I5) بود. تیمارهای کودی عبارت بودند از: توصیه کودی منطقه (F1)، نیتروژن و پتاسیم 30 درصد بیشتر از توصیه (F2)، نیتروژن و پتاسیم 30 درصد کمتر از توصیه (F3) و نیتروژن 30 درصد کمتر و پتاسیم به اندازهی توصیه منطقه (F4). نتایج نشان داد اختلاف عملکرد دانه بین تیمار آبیاری I3 و بقیهی تیمارها معنیدار بوده و تیمار I1 با 2865 کیلوگرم بر هکتار بیشترین و تیمار I3 با 2028 کیلوگرم بر هکتار کمترین عملکرد را داشتند. از نظر بهرهوری آب اختلاف بین تیمارهای آبیاری معنیدار بوده و تیمار I5 با متوسط 42/1 کیلوگرم بر مترمکعب بیشترین و تیمار I3 با 71/0 کیلوگرم بر مترمکعب کمترین بهرهوری را به خود اختصاص دادند. از نظر عملکرد بیولوژیک و بهرهوری آب براساس عملکرد بیولوژیک در بین تیمارهای کودی تیمار F3 کمترین عملکرد را داشت. از نظر عملکرد دانه، بهرهوری آب بر پایه عملکرد دانه، میزان پروتئین دانه و غلظت عناصر دانه اختلاف بین تیمارهای کودی معنیدار نبود. در شرایط محدودیت آب و شوری محیط ریشه که عملکرد را محدود میکند، حذف آبیاریهای مراحل شیری و خمیری و مصرف نیتروژن و پتاسیم به مقدار توصیه شده برای گندم در منطقه قابل توصیه است.

ارزیابی روند تبخیر- تعرق پتانسیل گیاه مرجع در حوضه آبریز قزلاوزن تحت شرایط تغییر اقلیم
حوضه قزلاوزن یکی از حوضههای مهم ایران در تأمین غلات مورد نیاز مردم میباشد. مقدار تبخیر- تعرق پتانسیل گیاه مرجع (ET0) در افقهای 2030، 2050 و 2070 با دو سناریوی RCP4.5 (انتشار پایین) و RCP8.5 (انتشار بالا) ارزیابی شد. از خروجی چهار مدل GCM موجود در CMIP5 و ریزمقیاس نمایی آماری LARS-WG6 استفاده گردید. در این مطالعه، از آمار روزانه 2016-1989 شش ایستگاه همدید (زنجان، میانه، خلخال، زرینه، قروه و بیجار) استفاده شد. معنیداری اختلاف میانگینهای ET0 در دوره پایه با مقادیر نظیر هر یک از افقهای آتی با آزمون تی استیودنت در سه مقیاس ماهانه، فصلی و سالانه در سطح 5 درصد آزمایش شد. روند تغییرات ET0 در سه مقیاس زمانی مذکور در دو دوره پایه و دوره آتی 2080-2021 (با هر دو سناریوی RCP) با روش مان- کندال (MK) در سطح 5 درصد تحلیل گردید. اثر ضرایب خودهمبستگی معنیدار در روش MK حذف شد. شیب خط روند با روش سن تخمین زده شد. نتایج نشان داد که در کل حوضه، براساس سناریوی RCP4.5 مقدار ET0 در افقهای 2030، 2050 و 2070 به ترتیب 8/1، 7/3 و 7/5 درصد افزایش خواهد یافت. این رقم برای سناریوی RCP8.5 به ترتیب، 7/1، 4/5 و 1/9 درصد بهدست آمد. بیشترین افزایش ET0 در ماه ژوئیه انتظار میرود. میزان ET0 سالانه در همه ایستگاهها در آینده افزایش خواهد یافت. اختلاف میانگینهای ET0 در ماههای ژوئن، ژوئیه، اوت، فصل تابستان و مقادیر سالانه آن در تمام دوره- سناریوها نسبت به دوره پایه معنیدار بودند. در دوره آتی، طبق هر دو سناریو در همه ایستگاهها، روند ET0 سالانه صعودی بود.

ارزیابی یکپارچه سیستم منابع آب محدوده مطالعاتی عجبشیر بر اساس چارچوب حسابداری آب SEEA-Water
یکی از چارچوبهای تحلیلی که برای ارزیابی یکپارچه منابع آب مورداستفاده قرار میگیرد چارچوب حسابداری آب است. نظام حسابداری آب بهعنوان ابزاری برای سازماندهی و ترکیب دادههای گردآوریشده از منابع مختلف بهمنظور تدوین یک سیستم اطلاعاتی و فراهم نمودن امکان ارزیابی یکپارچه سیستمهای منابع آب از طریق پیوند بین دادههای فیزیکی و اقتصادی معرفی میشود. در این تحقیق برای محدوده مطالعاتی دشت عجبشیر با استفاده از چارچوب SEEA-W به تدوین حسابهای آب مربوط به منطقه متناظر با سالهای 1385 و 1395 پرداختهشده و به عنوان کاربردی از خروجیهای این حسابها، با استخراج نشانگرهای ابعاد مختلف منابع آب، اقتصادی و اجتماعی به ارزیابی یکپارچه امنیت آبی محدوده پرداختهشده است. با توجه به نشانگرهای بعد منابع آب بخش کشاورزی با بیش از 96 درصد مصرف آب بیشترین تأثیر را در تشدید تنش آبی محدوده دارد. با توجه به نشانگر شدت مصرف آب در سالهای 1385 و 1395 با مقایسه میزان منابع آب موجود و مصرفشده، ناپایداری کامل در محدوده وجود دارد. سهم سرانه منابع آب تجدید پذیر این محدوده از 835 مترمکعب به ازای هر نفر در سال 1385 به 1179 مترمکعب به ازای هر نفر در سال 1395 افزایشیافته است این موضوع عمدتاً به دلیل کاهش 17% جمعیت در سال 1395 نسبت به سال 1385 و سپس به دلیل کاهش خروجی به دریاچه ارومیه و مهار سیلابها در اثر بهرهبرداری از سد قلعه چای و انتقال بیشتر آب از خارج محدوده (طرح زرینهرود) بوده است. تغییرات حاشیهای بهرهوری اقتصادی آب در بخش کشاورزی نشان میدهد که نیروی محرکه قوی اقتصادی در بخش کشاورزی در محدوده مطالعاتی عجبشیر باعث میگردد که در این محدوده توجه زیادی به منافع کوتاهمدت در بخش کشاورزی بشود و نسبت به منافع استراتژیک منابع آب بیتوجه باشند. علیرغم کاهش روند مصرف آب در بخش خدمات و ثابت بودن مصرف آب در صنعت، افزایش درآمد بخش خدمات و صنعت منجر به افزایش بهرهوری اقتصادی آب در این بخشها شده است.

ارزیابی کارایی روش نیمه کمّی مدل AquaCrop برای پیشبینی رشد تربچه با سطوح مختلف کود نیتروژن
در این پژوهش کارایی روش نیمه کمی(Semi-quantitative) در مدل شبیهسازی رشد گیاه(AquaCrop) برای پیشبینی زیستتوده و پوشش گیاهی تحت مدیریتهای مختلف کود نیتروژن از طریق مقایسه پارامترهای شبیهسازیشده با نتایج اندازهگیری در گلخانه ارزیابی گردید. گیاه تربچه رقم چریبل (cherrybel) طی دو دوره (بهمن ماه 1396 و فروردین 1397) در گلخانه پردیس ابوریحان دانشگاه تهران، بدون تنش آبی و حرارتی کشت شد. آزمایش به صورت طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی تحت تیمارهای مختلف کودی صفر به عنوان شاهد (N0)، 50(N1) ، 100(N2)، 150 (N3)، 200 (N4)، 250 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار(N5) ، به صورت اوره با سه تکرار انجام شد. دادههای تیمار N0 و N3 در کشت اول برای واسنجی و سایر دادهها برای صحتسنجی مدل استفاده گردید. برای ارزیابی عملکرد مدل از شاخصهای آماری ریشه میانگین مربعات خطای نسبی (RRMSE)، ضریب تعیین (R2) و متوسط خطای اریب (MBE) استفاده شد. در مرحله واسنجی مقدار این پارامترها در شبیهسازی زیستتوده به ترتیب برابر%12/11، 973/0، 032/0 تن در هکتار برای N0 و %32/10، 975/0 و 002/0- تن در هکتار برای N3 و در شبیهسازی پوشش گیاهی به ترتیب%93/15، 884/0 و %30/4 برای N0 و % 84/12، 916/0 و %94/5 برای N3 به دست آمد. همچنین در مرحله صحتسنجی محدوده تغییرات این مقادیر در پیشبینی زیستتوده به ترتیب برابر % 7/25-7/13، 988/0-923/0 و 118/0-110/0- تن در هکتار و در پیشبینی پوشش گیاهی به ترتیب % 4/25-19، 867/0-768/0 و % 8/10-7/5 به دست آمد. بر اساس نتایج، مدل AquaCrop، زیستتوده و پوشش گیاهی را تحت سطوح مختلف کود نیتروژن با دقت بالایی در طول دوره رشد گیاه شبیهسازی نمود.
