بررسی آزمایشگاهی آبشستگی ناشی از پرش هیدرولیکی در صفحه مشبک
در این مطالعه کاربرد صفحه مشبک بهعنوان مستهلک کننده انرژی جریان آب در پاییندست سازههای هیدرولیکی برای کاهش میزان آبشستگی است. برای انجام آزمایشها از یک کانال مستطیلی و برای کنترل جریان از یک دریچه کشویی با بازشدگی ثابت استفاده شده است. بهمنظور کاهش انرژی جریان خروجی از دریچه کشویی، صفحات مشبک بهعنوان مستهلککنندههای انرژی با منافذ (نسبت روزنهای) 40% و 50%، به فاصله 5/1 متری از دریچه قرار گرفتهاند. بعد از صفحه مشبک، بستر متحرک متشکل از ذرات با سه اندازه 8/1 و 6/2 و 2/5 میلیمتر، به طول 3/1 متر، عرض 3/0 متر و ضخامت 114/0 متر برای مطالعه تأثیر صفحه مشبک روی حداکثر عمق و طول حفره آبشستگی قرار داده شد. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد ضخامت و نسبت روزنه صفحه مشبک و فاصله قرارگیری آن از دریچه روی مقادیر حفره آبشستگی مؤثرند. بیشترین و کمترین عمق و طول حفره آبشستگی به ترتیب در صفحه مشبک با نسبت روزنه 40% و 50% دوبل رخ داد. به طوری که با افزایش نسبت روزنه و ضخامت صفحات، مقادیر حفره آبشستگی کاهش مییابد. همین طور با افزایش اندازه ذرات میزان آبشستگی نیز روند کاهشی را نشان میدهد.

ارزیابی مفهوم انرژی انتگرالی در برآورد آب قابل دسترس خاک در اراضی شالیزاری استان گیلان
چگونگی دسترسی آب خاک برای گیاهان در ارزیابی روابط آب، خاک و گیاه بهمنظور استفاده در برنامهریزی و مدیریت آبیاری مهم است. انرژی انتگرالی چگونگی سهولت دسترسی آب خاک برای گیاه در محدوده رطوبت قابل استفاده خاک را نشان میدهد. این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی مفهوم انرژی انتگرالی در 40 نمونه خاک اراضی شالیزاری استان گیلان و بررسی روابط این شاخص با ویژگیهای مختلف خاک انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که تمامی نمونه خاکهای مورد مطالعه دارای بافت متوسط تا سنگین بودند. میانگین شاخص S دکستر در دو بافت خاک رس و لوم رسی کمتر از 035/0 به دست آمد (27 درصد نمونههای خاک). متوسط انرژی انتگرالی در کل نمونههای خاک مورد مطالعه با در نظرگرفتن حدبالای آب قابل دسترس خاک در رطوبت اشباع، رطوبت ظرفیت مزرعهای در مکش 100 و 330 سانتیمتر به ترتیب برابر با 65/226، 21/270 و J kg-1 91/336 به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که کلاسهای بافت خاک دارای بیشترین مقدار انرژی انتگرالی، کمترین مقادیر شاخص S دکستر را نیز به خود اختصاص دادهاند. همچنین نتایج مؤید همبستگی بالاتر انرژی انتگرالی محاسبه شده با فرض رطوبت ظرفیت مزرعهای در مکش 330 سانتیمتر با سایر ویژگیهای خاک بود. علاوه براین با استفاده از رطوبت اشباع خاک و نسبت کربن آلی به رس خاک میتوان مقدار انرژی انتگرالی خاک در اراضی شالیزاری را بهترتیب در کلاس بافت خاک لوم رسی سیلتی (70/0 R2=) و لوم رسی (95/0 R2=) با دقت مناسبی برآورد نمود.

تاثیر تغییر کاربری جنگل بر ویژگیهای کیفی خاک و تصاعد دی اکسید کربن
تغییر کاربری اراضی یکی از دخالتهای مهم بشر در اکوسیستمهای طبیعی است که بر روی فرآیندهای اکوسیستم به ویژه خاک اثرگذار است. در پژوهش حاضر، اثر کاربریهای جنگلی (جنگل طبیعی و جنگلکاری بلندمازو) و غیرجنگلی (عرصههای باغی، مرتعی و زراعی) بر تغییرپذیری شاخصهای کیفی خاک و پویایی تصاعد دی اکسید کربن مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در هر یک از کاربریهای مورد بررسی، تعداد 16 نمونه خاک (عمق 10-0 سانتیمتری) جمعآوری و به آزمایشگاه انتقال داده شد. مطابق با نتایج، بیشترین مقدار ماده آلی خاک به رویشگاههای جنگلی و بالاترین مقدار جرم مخصوص ظاهری به عرصههای مرتعی و زراعی اختصاص داشت. هرچند تغییرات جرم مخصوص حقیقی خاک در بین کاربریهای مختلف اراضی معنیدار نبود، اما خاک جنگلکاری بلندمازو دارای بالاترین مقدار تخلخل بود. جنگل طبیعی دارای پایدارترین خاکدانهها بوده و به دنبال تخریب جنگل و تغییر نوع کاربری از پایداری آنها بطور معنیداری کاسته شد. بیشترین محتوای شن به عرصه مرتعی و بالاترین مقدار رس به جنگل طبیعی اختصاص داشته، در حالی که محتوای سیلت تفاوت آماری معنیداری در بین کاربریهای مختلف اراضی نشان نداد. بالاترین مقدار زیتوده درشتریشه در جنگل طبیعی و جنگلکاری بلندمازو مشاهده شد در حالی که زیتوده ریزریشه در جنگل طبیعی بالاترین مقدار بود. بیشترین مقادیر رطوبت خاک در رویشگاههای جنگلی (بویژه در فصول زمستان و پاییز) مشاهده شد، در حالی که بالاترین درجه حرارت خاک به عرصههای زراعی و مرتعی (بویژه در فصل تابستان) اختصاص داشت. تصاعد دی اکسید کربن از خاک در فصل تابستان تحت جنگلکاری بلندمازو بالاترین مقدار بوده است. مطابق با تحلیل مؤلفههای اصلی، مقدار ماده آلی، محتوای رطوبت و همچنین میزان تخلخل خاک در جنگلکاری بلندمازو نقش مؤثری در افزایش تصاعد دی اکسید کربن از خاک این نوع از کاربری اراضی در مقایسه با سایر رویشگاهها داشته است. نتایج این پژوهش مؤید حفاظت از جنگلهای طبیعی برای افزایش مشخصههای کیفی و سلامت خاک میباشد.

اثرات کاربرد کودآبیاری مغناطیسی و غلظت محلولپاشی نانوکود روی بر خصوصیات فیزیکوشیمیایی فیسالیس
بررسی تغییرات فیزیکوشیمیایی گیاه دارویی فیسالیس بهعنوان گونهای با خواص متعدد درمانی و غذایی، تحت تأثیر توامان تیمارهای شدت مغناطیس (M) در چهار سطح صفر، 2/0، 3/0 و 4/0 تسلا و غلظت نانوکود روی (N) در سه سطح 1، 5/1 و 2 گرم در لیتر اجرا گردید. نتایج نشان داد تأثیر توامان تیمارها بر تمامی خصوصیات بیوشیمیایی (بهجز کاروتنوئید) و کلیه صفات مورفولوژیکی (به استثنای قطر میوه) در سطوح %5 و %1 معنیدار بود. با بررسی فاکتورهای فیتوشیمیایی، فاکتور کلروفیل b با افزایش معنیدار 3/5 برابری نسبت به تیمار شاهد، تحت تیمارهای 4/0 تسلا و 5/1 گرم در لیتر بیشترین بهبود را در بین تیمارها داشت. همچنین از بین فاکتورهای مورفولوژیکی،فاکتور a* تحت تیمار 5/1 گرم در لیتر و بدون شدت مغناطیس با بهبود 7/2 برابری بالاترین افزایش را نشان داد. در مجموع، استفاده متعادل از این تیمارها میتواند در تولید اقتصادی این محصول بکار گرفته شود.

ارزیابی اثر سناریوهای تغییر اقلیم بر نیاز سرمایی درختان میوه خزاندار در بخش کیاسر شهرستان ساری
گرمشدن اقلیم محل موجب پیشگیری از یخبندانهای دیررس بهاره و کاهش ریسک یخزدگی در فصل بهار میشود. هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثر تغییر اقلیم بر تامین نیاز سرمایی و جابجایی تاریخ تکمیل مراحل فنولوژیکی گیاهان مختلف در شهرستان ساری است. از اطلاعات اقلیمی موجود در ایستگاه سینوپتیک کیاسر ساری طی دوره آماری درازمدت (2015-1970) به همراه دادههای باز تحلیل مرکز ملی پیشبینی زیستمحیطی استفاده شد. از خروجی پیشیابی مدل اقلیمی بزرگمقیاس CanESM2 پس از ریزمقیاسنمایی برای سناریوهای چهارگانه RCP استفاده شد. با استفاده از مدل ChillR و Climdex تاریخ شکوفهدهی و طول فصل رویش GSL برآورد شد. بر اساس آزمون ناپارامتری من-ویتنی و روند منکندال به مقایسه بین میانگینهای نیمهی اول آینده نزدیک (2055-2016) و نیمه دوم آینده دور (2100-2056) نسبت به حال حاضر پرداخته شد. نتایج نشان داد، اگرچه طول فصل رویش افزایش مییابد، اما اختلاف معنیدار دمای هوا در فاز سرمایشی و گرمایشی تغییرات معنیداری را در ظهور مراحل فنولوژی درختان خزاندار در منطقه منجر میشود. در دهههای آماری گذشته در حدود دو هفته به طول فصل رویش (در دهه 1980 میانگین 300 روز به 322 روز در دهه 2000) افزوده شد؛ اما تاریخ شکوفهدهی سه دهه زودتر از موعد نسبت به گذشته اقلیمی اتفاق خواهد افتاد. این تغییرات معنیدار در پارامترهای اقلیمی کشاورزی منجر به اختلالات فنولوژیکی غیر قابلجبران در دورههای آتی میگردد.

پیامد کاربرد کرم خاکی، کود گاوی و زغال زیستی حاصل از آن بر برخی از ویژگیهای زیستی خاک
یافتههای اندکی در ارتباط با پیامد زغال زیستی بر کرم خاکی و برهمکنش آنها بر ویژگیهای زیستی خاک در دست است. هدف از پژوهش کنونی، بررسی پیامد کرم خاکی، کود گاوی و زغال زیستی آن بر برخی از ویژگیهای زیستی خاک میباشد. بدین منظور، خاک با مقادیر 0، 1، 2 و 5 درصد کود گاوی و زغال زیستی آن با حضور و بدون کرم خاکی و برای 30 و 90 روز انکوباسیون شدند. نتایج نشان داد که در 30 روز انکوباسیون، زغال زیستی، فراوانی کرم خاکی را کاهش میدهد. در 90 روز انکوباسیون، مقدار 1، 2 و 5 درصد کود گاوی موجب افزایش فراوانی کرم خاکی به میزان 26، 91 و 104 درصد نسبت به شاهد شد. مقدار 1 درصد زغال زیستی پیامد معنیداری بر فراوانی کرم نداشت ولی مقادیر 2 و 5 درصد زغال زیستی، فراوانی کرم خاکی را به میزان 43 و 48 درصد نسبت به شاهد کاهش داد. نتایج نشان داد که کرم خاکی، افزایش بیشتری در تنفس میکروبی پایه و برانگیخته و زیستتوده میکروبی در خاکهای تیمار شده با کود گاوی در برابر زغال زیستی ایجاد میکند. همچنین ویژگیهای زیستی خاک با کاربرد کود گاوی و زغال زیستی آن در برابر شاهد افزایش یافتند. از طرفی کرم خاکی موجب افزایش و کاهش کسر متابولیکی به ترتیب در 30 و 90 روز انکوباسیون شد. افزودن کود گاوی و زغال زیستی آن در 90 روز انکوباسیون موجب کاهش کسر متابولیکی در برابر شاهد شد. تیمار 5 درصد کود گاوی دارای کرم خاکی (در 90 روز) کمترین مقدار کسر متابولیکی را دارا بود. در مجموع، کود گاوی کیفیت زیستی خاک را بیشتر از زغال زیستی حاصل از آن بهبود بخشید. با وجود این، مقدار 1 درصد زغال زیستی کود گاوی با نداشتن پیامد منفی بر کرم خاکی، میتواند در بهبود کیفیت زیستی خاک نیز مفید باشد.

استخراج هیومیک اسید از زغالسنگهای لیگنایت با استفاده از راکتورهای مخزنی همزندار (STRs): ارزیابی پارامترهای فرآیند و خواص محصول نهایی
استخراج هیومیک اسید از زغالسنگهای لیگنایت غنی از ترکیبات هیومیکی، در سالهای اخیر بهعنوان یک موضوع و فرصت برجسته تحقیقاتی مطرح شده است. تکنیک رایج برای استخراج هیومیک اسید بر پایه حلالیت آنها در محیطهای قلیایی و اسیدی است. اکثر پژوهشها، مدتزمان استخراج و تفکیک هیومیک اسید را 24 ساعت و بازده استخراج را بین 10 تا %80 گزارش کردهاند. در این پژوهش، شدتبخشی استخراج هیومیک اسید از زغالسنگهای لیگنایت، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. بدین منظور، ابتدا یک راکتور مخزنی همزندار ناپیوسته طراحی و سپس ساخته شد. پارامترهای عملیاتی فرآیند مانند دما در سه سطح (50، 70 و 90 درجه سلسیوس)، مدتزمان فرآیند در سه سطح (1، 2 و 4 ساعت) و سرعت همزنی در سه سطح (250، 550 و 850 دور بر دقیقه) بهعنوان متغیرهای مستقل و بازده استخراج هیومیک اسید بهعنوان متغیر وابسته در نظر گرفته شدند و بازده راکتور ساختهشده با روش مرسوم (دستگاه هات پلیت) مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. نتایج آماری تجزیه واریانس (ANOVA) حاصل از تحلیل دادهها، اختلاف معنیداری در بازده استخراج هیومیک اسید با راکتور ساختهشده و روش هاتپلیت نشان داد. تحت شرایط یکسان دما، سرعت همزن و مدتزمان فرآیند، بازده استخراج هیومیک اسید با راکتور در مقایسه با روش هاتپلیت به میزان %30 بیشتر بود. بیشترین بازده استخراج هیومیک اسید توسط راکتور در دمای 90 درجه سلسیوس، سرعت همزنی 850 دور بر دقیقه و زمان فرآیند 4 ساعت حاصل شد. در این شرایط، 8/56 درصد هیومیک اسید از زغالسنگهای لیگنایت، استخراج و جداسازی شد. نتایج آنالیز کیفی طیفسنجی FT-IR، یک ساختار غالب آروماتیک و غنی از گروههای عاملی کربوکسیلی، فنولی و هیدروکسیلی با زنجیرههای جانبی آلیفاتیک را در ساختار هیومیک اسید نشان داد. نتایج آنالیز CHNOS و نسبتهای اتمی (C/N، O/C و H/C) نیز علاوه بر تائید کیفیت زغالسنگ استفادهشده، شاخصهای کیفی هیومیک اسید استخراجشده را با نمونههای هیومیک اسید استاندارد IHSS و تجاری آلدریچ مطابقت میدهد.

ارزیابی عملکرد شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی با تلفیق الگوریتم ژنتیک در برآورد سرعت نفوذ آب به خاک (مطالعه موردی: منطقه خداآفرین استان آذربایجان شرقی)
نفوذ، نقش حیاتی را در چرخه هیدرولوژیکی با میزان پراکندگی آب به اجزای سطحی و زیرسطحی ایفا میکند. اندازهگیری مستقیم سرعت نفوذ، معمولاً کاربر، هزینهبر و وقتگیر هستند. شبکه عصبی مصنوعی، برنامهریزی بیان ژن و الگوریتم ترکیبی شبکه عصبی مصنوعی-الگوریتم ژنتیک بهعنوان روشهای غیرمستقیم برای تخمین نفوذ آب به خاک استفاده شدند. هدف از این مطالعه، توسعه یک مدل مناسب برای تخمین نفوذ آب به خاک با استفاده از استوانه مضاعف در 88 نقطه از منطقه خدآفرین استان آذربایجان شرقی میباشد. آنالیز همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که از بین ویژگیهای خاکی، شن، سیلت، تخلخل کل و کربن آلی بیشترین همبستگی را با نفوذ آب به خاک دارند. مقادیر ضریب تبیین و ریشه میانگین مربعات خطای نرمال شده برای مدل شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی و برنامهریزی بیان ژن بهترتیب برابر 88/0، 9/7 و 75/0، 3/11 محاسبه شد که هر دو روش در ارزیابی حداقل و حداکثر مقادیر نفوذ آب به خاک از دقت کافی برخوردار نبودند. در روش شبکههای عصبی مبتنی بر الگوریتم ژنتیک از توابع تانژانت سیگموئیدی در لایه میانی و محرک خطی در لایه خروجی با 5 نرون در لایه فعال استفاده شد. این مدل از دقت و صحت بیشتری نسبت به مدل شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی و برنامهریزی بیان ژن برخوردار میباشد، بهطوریکه مقادیر R2 و NRMSE برای مدل ترکیبی عصبی- ژنتیک بهترتیب برابر 93/0 و 1/6 درصد بود. نهایتاً الگوریتم ژنتیک با بهینهسازی اوزان شبکههای عصبی باعث بهبود مدلسازی شد، لذا این روش بهعنوان روش کارا در تخمین نفوذ آب به خاک معرفی میگردد.

بازتوزیع تخصیص منابع آب در حوضههای آبریز مشترک مرزی با استفاده از رویکرد ورشکستگی
کاهش منابع آب قابل دسترس بر اثر عوامل انسانی و طبیعی و توسعه کشورها و افزایش نیاز به آب، تخصیص عادلانه منابع آب را به مسئلهای پر اهمیت تبدیل کرده است. این مسئله در حوضههای آبریز مرزی که بین دو یا چند کشور مشترک است، میتواند مناقشات سیاسی نیز به دنبال داشته باشد. حوضه آبریز مرزی رودخانه ارس بین چهار کشور ترکیه، ارمنستان، آذربایجان و ایران مشترک بوده و توسعه و افزایش برداشت از رودخانه در کشورهای بالادست، تأمین نیازهای آبی در مناطق پاییندست خصوصاً ایران را با مشکل مواجه ساخته است. در تحقیق حاضر، مسئله بازتوزیع بهینه تخصیص منابع آب در حوضه آبریز ارس با استفاده از ترکیب روشهای حل اختلاف ورشکستگی و الگوریتم بهینهسازی ازدحام ذرات (Particle Swarm Optimization) بررسی شده است. نتایج به دست آمده برتری روش مقید به ضرر یکسان را نسبت به سایر روشهای ورشکستگی نشان میدهد بهطوری که میانگین تأمین نیازهای آبی در حوضه در سناریوی 2020 در حدود دو میلیارد مترمکعب و در سناریوی 2050 در حدود 5/1 میلیارد مترمکعب نسبت به سایر روشهای ورشکستگی افزایش مییابد. در این روش متقاضی با کمترین مقدار تقاضا که کشور ترکیه است در اولویت آخر قرار میگیرد. با توجه به اینکه این کشور در بالادست حوضه واقع شده است، اعمال نتایج این روش نیازمند در نظرگیری تسهیلات جایگزین و جلب رضایت ذینفعان میباشد.

نقشههای خاک، پایه و اساس بسیاری از پژوهشها و برنامهریزیهای مرتبط با محیطزیست و منابع طبیعی هستند. روشهای گوناگون جداسازی واحدهای خاک میکوشند مرزبندیهای هرچه خالصتری ایجاد کنند. یکی از این روشها که دارای ساختاری سلسله مراتبی است روش زمینخاکشناسی (ژئوپدولوژی) میباشد که آن را همتراز ساختار سلسله مراتبی سامانه ردهبندی خاک میدانند. از آنجا که ارتباط کمّی این دو ساختار با هم کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است در این پژوهش با استفاده از احتمالات شرطی به بررسی کمّی رابطه خاک-زمیننما پرداخته شده و صحت انطباق این دو ساختار آزمون گردیده است. برای این منظور واحدهای زمینریختشناختی منطقه شرق اصفهان جداسازی شدند و تعداد 191 نقطه مطالعاتی بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل گردید و احتمال شرطیِ وجود هر خاک به شرط مشاهده زمینریختهای مختلف بهدست آمد. نتایج به طور کمّی نشان دادند خاکهای منطقه مطالعاتی کمتر تحت تأثیر عامل خاکساز "مواد مادری" قرار گرفتهاند و یا اینکه عوامل دیگر تأثیرگذاری بیشتری داشته و نقش مواد مادری را کم رنگ نمودهاند. همچنین بین واگرایی و یا همگرایی خاکها در خلال سلسله مراتب روش زمینخاکشناسی با سطوح ردهبندی رابطه نزدیکی وجود دارد و در هر سطح زمینخاکشناختی از سطح رده به سمت سطح فامیل، واگرایی یا تفرق خاکها افزایش مییابد. با این وجود، همارز بودن سطوح ردهبندی با سطوح زمینریختشناختی به نظر درست نمیآید و سطح زمینریخت دقّت کافی برای جداسازی فامیل خاک را ندارد و در بهترین حالت سطح زمینریخت برای جداسازی خاکها در سطح زیرگروه مناسب است. بنابراین پیشنهاد میشود در روش زمینخاکشناسی برای جداسازی فامیل خاکها طبقات ریزتری مانند «فاز سطح زمینریخت» بکار برده شود که در آن به مواردی چون جهت یا شکل شیب، نوع و تراکم پوشش گیاهی و غیره توجه گردد که در سطوح بالاتر واحدهای زمینریختشناختی مد نظر قرار نگرفتهاند.

مطالعه نظری و آزمایشگاهی سرریز جانبی ذوزنقهای لبهگرد در شرایط رژیم زیربحرانی
سرریز جانبی یکی از انواع سازههای انحراف آب است که به طور گسترده در شبکههای آبیاری و زهکشی، کنترل سیلاب، سیستم فاضلاب شهری و کنترل سطح آب مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. جریان عبوری از سرریز جانبی از نوع جریان متغیر مکانی با کاهش بده میباشد. در مطالعه حاضر با استفاده از مدل آزمایشگاهی و روش تحلیل ابعادی، به بررسی خصوصیات جریان عبوری از روی سرریز جانبی ذوزنقهای لبهگرد واقع در کانال مستطیلی در شرایط جریان زیر بحرانی پرداخته شده است. برای ارزیابی ضریب بده و ارائه معادله بده سرریز جانبی در شرایط جریان آزاد، از تئوری سرریز معمولی با سه عمق مشخصه (عمق ابتدای سرریز، میانگین عمق ابتدا و انتها و عمق مرکزی) برای محاسبه هد سرریز استفاده شد. نتایج آزمایشهای تحقیق حاضر حاکی از آن است که ضریب بده سرریز جانبی ذوزنقهای لبهگرد به عدد فرود جریان بالادست، نسبت عمق جریان به قطر تاج سرریز و شیب جداره جانبی سرریز بستگی دارد. همچنین مقایسه نتایج با دادههای آزمایشگاهی نشان داد که روش عمق متوسط جریان با متوسط خطای برآورد برابر با 6/3 درصد بهترین جواب را برای تخمین ضریب بده ارائه میکند، لذا این روش برای مقاصد عملی پیشنهاد میشود.

تخمین دبی در کانالهای نیم دایرهای توسط صفحه آویخته
تحقیق حاضر به منظور مطالعه صفحههای آویخته شیاردار و بدون شیار نیمدایرهای در کانالهای نیمدایرهای افقی روباز تحت شرایط جریان آزاد و استخراج رابطهی تخمین بده این سازهها انجام شده است. این سازه از یک صفحه نیمدایرهای که در محل قطر آن عمود بر جهت جریان بر روی یک محور افقی به صورت لولایی نصب میشود، تشکیل شده است. انحرافی که به وسیله نیروی جریان آب در صفحه ایجاد میشود تابعی از مشخصات هیدرولیکی جریان، هندسه سازه و دبی میباشد. این سازهی اندازهگیری بده، قابل حمل بوده و به راحتی میتواند در کانالهای دایرهای نصب شده و مورد بهرهبرداری قرار گیرد. در تحقیق حاضر با مطالعه نظری و آزمایشگاهی جریان عبوری از صفحه نیمدایرهای آویخته در امتداد کانالهای دایرهای، معادلاتی برای تخمین بده جریان در کانالهای دایرهای با استفاده از روش بده-عمق بحرانی بدون بعد توسعه داده شد. به منظور واسنجی معادلات، از دادههای آزمایشگاهی استفاده شد. همچنین برای تخمین بده عبوری از صفحه آویخته، رابطهای صریح برای تخمین عمق بحرانی و برآورد بده ارائه شد. روش بده-عمق بحرانی بدون بعد استفاده شده در تحقیق حاضر قادر است دبی عبوری از صفحههای نیمدایرهای آویخته را با متوسط خطای 3% برآورد کند. با توجه به خطای روابط ارائه شده برای تخمین بده صفحه آویخته نیمدایرهای (متوسط خطای3% با در نظر گرفتن عدد رینولدز و متوسط خطای 6/3% بدون در نظر گرفتن عدد رینولدز)، این سازه به عنوان یک سازه اندازهگیری بده در کانالهای (کانالتهای) نیمدایرهای پیشنهاد میشود.

اثرات متقابل سالیسیلیکاسید و پلیمر سوپر جاذب بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد گیاه ماش (Vigna radiata Wilczek) تحت رژیمهای مختلف رطوبتی
به منظور بررسی اثرات سالیسیلیکاسید و پلیمر سوپر جاذب بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد ماش تحت رژیمهای مختلف رطوبتی، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در گلخانه دانشگاه رازی اجرا گردید. تیمارها شامل تنش رطوبتی در سه سطح (رطوبت خاک معادل 30، 60 و 100 درصد ظرفیت زراعی)، سوپر جاذب در سه سطح (0، 3/0 و 5/0 درصد وزنی) و سالیسیلیکاسید در چهار سطح (0، 250، 500 و 750 میکرومولار) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین عملکرد دانه (7/20 گرم در بوته)، عملکرد بیولوژیک (4/51 گرم در بوته) و تعداد دانه در بوته (1/79) در تیمار رطوبت کامل ظرفیت زراعی و کاربرد 3/0 درصد سوپر جاذب و 750 میکرومولار سالیسیلیکاسید و کمترین مقادیر نیز (به ترتیب 13/0 و 5/7 گرم در بوته و 16/2 دانه) در تیمار 30 درصد ظرفیت زراعی و بدون کاربرد سوپر جاذب و سالیسیلیکاسید حاصل گردید. بطورکلی، غلظت 500 میکرومولار سالیسیلیکاسید و 3/0 درصد سوپر جاذب، توانست اثر تنش شدید رطوبتی بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد ماش را کاهش دهد.

بررسی غلظتهای کلرید کادمیوم و کلرید کبالت بر برخی شاخصهای میکروبی خاک تحت کشت گیاه مرزه
در قرن بیستم، کاهش کیفیت و سلامت خاک به دلیل استفاده از منابع آبی بیکیفیت و آلوده به یک چالش اساسی تبدیل شده است. بر این اساس، غلظتهای مختلف کلرید کبالت و کلرید کادمیوم آب آبیاری (صفر (شاهد)، 100، 200 و 400 میلیمولار) در دو آزمایش جداگانه بهصورت طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال 1393 در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه ایلام طی رشد رویشی گیاه دارویی مرزه (Satureja hortensis L.) در گلدانهای پنج کیلوگرمی به ابعاد قطر دهانه 30 و ارتفاع 26 سانتیمتر بر برخی شاخصهای میکروبی خاکدر طی دو ماه بررسی گردید. نتایج نشان داد بیشترین میزان تنفس پایه و تنفس برانگیخته در نمونه شاهد و کمترین میزان این دو شاخص نیز در غلظت 400 میلیمولار کلرید کادمیوم و کلرید کبالت برآورد گردید. از لحاظ کربن زیستتوده میکروبی خاک، بیشترین (308 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم خاک) و کمترین (190 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم خاک) به ترتیب مربوط به شاهد و غلظت 400 میلیمولار از نمک کلرید کادمیوم بود. بیشترین (0/27 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم خاک) و کمترین (0/14 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم خاک) نیتروژن زیستتوده میکروبی خاک به ترتیب در خاک شاهد و غلظت 400 میلیمولار کلرید کادمیوم مشاهده شد. همچنین کمترین نیتروژن زیستتوده میکروبی (0/19 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم خاک) در غلظت 400 میلیمولار نمک کلرید کبالت به دست آمد. شاخصهای بهره میکروبی، ضریب متابولیکی و زیستتوده میکروبی فعال در نمونه شاهد بیشترین مقدار بودند. در اثر آبیاری با غلظتهای مختلف کلرید کبالت نسبت کربن به نیتروژن زیستتوده میکروبی افزایش یافت. افزایش غلظتهای کلرید کادمیوم و کلرید کبالت تأثیر منفی بر کیفیت میکروبی خاک را نشان داد که این امر توجه بیشتر به کیفیت آب آبیاری را برای سلامت و کیفیت جامعه میکروبی خاک و بهتبع آن کیفیت و سلامت جامعه گیاهی و در نهایت سلامت و امنیت غذایی را نمایان میسازد.

تأثیر پلیمر سوپر جاذب بلور آب A، پرلیت و زئولیت بر ویژگیهای فیزیکی خاک لوم شنی
یکی از راهکارهای افزایش بازده آبیاری در مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک استفاده از اصلاحکنندههای خاک است. تحقیق حاضر با هدف تأثیر سطوح مختلف پلیمر سوپر جاذب بلور آب A، پرلیت و زئولیت بر ویژگیهای فیزیکی خاک لوم-شنی، در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل با طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه نوع مادهی اصلاحی پلیمر سوپر جاذب A، پرلیت و زئولیت در پنج سطح (صفر، 5/0، 1، 5/1، و 2 گرم در کیلوگرم خاک) در چهار تکرار اجرا شد. رطوبت خاک در مکشهای 10 تا 1500 کیلو پاسکال در 7 مکش تعیین شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد در بین اصلاحکنندهها، پلیمر سوپر جاذب در سطح ۲ گرم در کیلوگرم در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد به ترتیب سبب افزایش تخلخل خاک، میانگین وزنی قطر خاکدانهها و آب قابل استفاده گیاه به میزان 6/2 ،71/2 و 40/1 برابر و کاهش 82/0 برابر جرم مخصوص ظاهری خاک شد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که در همهی مکشها در تمام تیمارهای آزمایشی، میزان رطوبت نگهداری شده در خاک بهطور معنیداری نسبت به شاهد افزایش یافت.

ارزیابی توان تعدادی از گونههای تریکودرما در انحلال فسفات و آزادسازی پتاسیم در شرایط درونشیشهای
کمبود عناصر غذایی پرمصرف از جمله فسفر و پتاسیم بهدلیل نقشهای مهم و حیاتی این عناصر بسیار مورد توجه میباشد. اگرچه مقدار کل فسفر و پتاسیم در خاک زیاد میباشد ولی ایجاد شکلهای نامحلول فسفر و همچنین تثبیت شدن پتاسیم در سیلیکاتها، منجر به کمبود این عناصر ضروری شده است. استفاده از میکروارگانیسمهای دارای توان انحلال شکلهای فسفات نامحلول و پتاسیم تثبیت شده در سیلیکاتها میتواند در رفع کمبود این عناصر برای گیاه موثر باشند. در پژوهش اخیر، 7 گونه قارچ تریکودرما انتخاب و تاثیر آنها بر آزادسازی فسفر و پتاسیم در سه محیط کشت پیکوفسکایا، پیکوفسکایای تغییر یافته و الکساندروف مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که در محیط کشت مایع پیکوفسکایا میزان آزادسازی فسفر از منبع فسفر معدنی نامحلول (تریکلسیمفسفات) توسط تریکودرما، همسو با کاهش pH بود. گونههای Trichoderma koningii، T.harzianum، T.citrinovirideو T.viridescens بیشترین توان انحلال فسفات را داشتند و فسفر محلول را به ترتیب به میزان 244، 205، 191 و 190 درصد نسبت به شاهد افزایش دادند. دو محیط کشت الکساندروف و پیکوفسکایای تغییر یافته علاوه بر فسفات معدنی نامحلول، دارای پتاسیم از منبع بیوتیت نیز بودند. مشاهده شد که میزان آزادسازی فسفر در این دو محیط نسبت به محیط کشت پیکوفسکایا که دارای پتاسیم قابل دسترس میباشد، کمتر است. T.koningii در محیط الکساندروف و T.harzianumدر محیط پیکوفسکایای تغییریافته نیز بیشترین توان آزادسازی پتاسیم از بیوتیت را داشتند. این گونهها پتاسیم محلول را به میزان 123 و 20 درصد نسبت به شاهد افزایش دادند. به طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که گونههای قارچ تریکودرما دارای توانایی انحلال فسفات از تریکلسیمفسفات و آزادسازی پتاسیم از بیوتیت در شرایط درون شیشهای می باشند.

اثر فواصل و اعماق مختلف قطره چکان ها در آبیاری قطره ای زیرسطحی بر میزان بهره وری آب و عملکرد نیشکر
بالا بودن تبخیر، دمای هوا و کیفیت نسبتاً پایین آب آبیاری، از مهمترین عوامل محدودکننده آبیاری نیشکر در خوزستان هستند. آبیاری قطرهای زیرسطحی با اعمال مدیریت مناسب، میتواند موفق عمل نماید، لذا به همین منظور اثر اعماق کارگذاری 15، 20 و 30 و فواصل50، 60 و 75 سانتیمتری قطرهچکانها، بر بهرهوری آب و عملکرد نیشکر بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی بررسی شد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس صفات کمی نشان داد که از نظر فواصل و اعماق کارگذاری و اثرات متقابل آنها، اختلاف معنیداری در سطح احتمال 1% بین تیمارها وجود دارد. نتایج صفات کیفی نیز نشان داد که تیمارهای آزمایش در اغلب صفات، از نظر فاصله بین قطرهچکانها، اختلاف معنیداری در سطح احتمال 1% دارند. بررسی شاخص بهرهوری آب به ازای نیشکر و شکر تولیدی نشان داد که تیمارهای آزمایش از نظر فاصله بین قطرهچکانها، در سطح احتمال 1% معنیدار بوده ولی از نظر اعماق کارگذاری و اثرات متقابل فاصله و عمق کارگذاری، اختلاف معنیداری ندارند. بیشترین عملکردهای کمی در فاصله 50 و عمق کارگذاری 20 سانتیمتری قطرهچکانها و بیشترین عملکردهای کیفی در فواصل60 و 50 و عمق کارگذاری 15 و 20 سانتیمتری قطرهچکانها مشاهده شد. در فاصله 60 سانتیمتری و عمق کارگذاری 20 سانتیمتری قطرهچکانها، بیشترین بهرهوری آب به ازای نیشکر و شکر تولیدی، بهترتیب بهمیزان 18/7 و 87/0 و در فاصله 75 سانتیمتری و عمق کارگذاری 20 سانتیمتری قطرهچکانها، کمترین بهرهوری آب به ازای نیشکر و شکر تولیدی، به ترتیب بهمیزان 17/5 و 61/0 کیلوگرم بر مترمکعب بهدست آمد. با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده و در نظر گرفتن سایر شرایط اجرایی و آب و هوایی، عمق 20 سانتیمتری کارگذاری لوله آبده و فاصله 50 سانتیمتری قطرهچکانها روی لوله فرعی، پیشنهاد میشوند.

تأثیر مدیریتهای آبیاری جویچهای بر روند رشد ریشه گیاه ذرت
مدیریت آبیاری یکی از عوامل بسیار مهم و تأثیرگذار بر روند گسترش و توزیع ریشه گیاه است که مورد توجه بسیاری از محققین است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی چگونگی رشد و توزیع ریشه گیاه ذرت در مدیریتهای مختلف آبیاری جویچهای است. این پژوهش بهصورت کرتهای یکبار خردشده، در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی کبوترآباد اصفهان انجام شد. عامل اصلی شامل سه سطح رژیم آبیاری (100%) I1، (%80) I2، (%60) I3 و عامل فرعی شامل سه روش آبیاری جویچهای مرسوم، یکدرمیان ثابت و متناوب بود. پارامترهای اندازهگیری شده در ریشه شامل طول، سطح، حجم، وزن تر و خشک بود که در پنج مرحله از رشد گیاه شامل نه برگی، 14 برگی، ظهور گلآذین، شیری شدن و رسیدگی فیزیولوژیک انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که تأثیر رژیمهای مختلف آبیاری و نیز نوع روش آبیاری جویچهای بر ویژگیهای اندازهگیریشده ریشه از نظر آماری معنیدار بوده است (در سطح پنج درصد). رژیم آبیاری I1 در حضور آبیاری جویچهای مرسوم و رژیم I3 در روش آبیاری یکدرمیان ثابت به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین تأثیر را بر صفات مختلف رشد ریشه داشتند. در این پژوهش بیشترین تأثیرپذیری صفات مورد نظر در ریشه در عمق 20-0 سانتیمتری مشاهده شد. روند رشد ریشه از نظر مقادیر ویژگیهای اندازهگیریشده، از مرحله 9 برگی تا قبل از پرشدن، صعودی و پس از آن ثابت و در انتهای دوره، کاهشی بوده است. بهطور کلی با اعمال شرایط کم آبیاری تا 20 درصد در آبیاری جویچهای مرسوم و یا کاربرد آبیاری متناوب، میتوان ضمن صرفهجویی در مصرف آب به یک سامانه توسعه ریشه مناسب برای جذب آب و مواد غذایی موردنیاز گیاه دست یافت.

کاربرد برنامهریزی سازشی و شاخصهای فازی- مکانی در ارزیابی سناریوهای تخصیص آب، (مطالعه موردی: حوضه ارس)
در مدیریت به هم پیوسته منابع آب، ارزیابی سناریوهای تخصیص آب پیچیده و از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. شاخصهای متفاوت و بعضاً متناقضی در مدیریت منابع آب مطرحاند و این شاخصها مقادیر متفاوت در مکانهای مختلف حوضه دارند. لذا ارزیابی سناریوهای تخصیص آب مستلزم انجام تحلیلهای چندمعیاره مکانی میباشد. هدف مقاله حاضر، ارزیابی سناریوهای تخصیص منابع آب با استفاده از یک سیستم پشتیبان تصمیمگیری مکانی بود. لذا برنامهریزی سازشی با شاخصهای اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیستمحیطی در حوضه ارس بکار برده شد. در گام اول، شاخصها به دو صورت تودهای و توزیعی با وزن یکسان و در گام دوم به طور نمونه حساسیت روش برنامهریزی سازشی به تغییر وزن یکی از شاخصها با حفظ وزن مساوی برای سایر شاخصها تحلیل شد. در گام سوم تصمیمگیری گروهی و فازی برای تعیین وزن شاخصها اعمال و سپس سناریوهای یک تا پنج به ترتیب، حائز رتبههای پنجم، سوم، دوم، یکم و چهارم شدند. نتایج نشان داد که اعمال توزیع مکانی شاخصها هم بر امتیاز و هم بر رتبه سناریوهای تخصیص منابع آب تأثیر قابل ملاحظه دارد. به طوری که ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن رتبهبندی ناشی از بهکارگیری دو شاخص توزیعی و تودهای معادل 6/0 به دست آمد. همچنین استفاده از روش برنامهریزی سازشی، وزن گروهی-فازی و شاخص توزیعی، منجر به تغییر رتبهبندی و کاهش ضریب همبستگی تا میزان 2/0 میشود. نظر به تأثیرگذاری پارامترهای نوع شاخصها و وزن گروهی- فازی آنها بر نتایج رتبهبندی سناریوها، عدم لحاظ دو پارامتر مذکور میتواند منجر به عدم قطعیت قابل توجه در فرآیند ارزیابی سناریوها شود. لذا ضروری است توزیع مکانی مقادیر لحاظ شود و تصمیمگیری گروهی- فازی در تعیین وزن شاخصهای ارزیابی به کار برده شود.

استخراج منحنی فرمان آبیاری محصول گندم با استفاده از رویکرد شبیهسازی- بهینهسازی
با توجه به اینکه کشاورزی از جمله بخشهای پرمصرف منابع آب است، مدیریت و کنترل در این بخش میتواند سهم بسزایی در مدیریت منابع آب داشته باشد. در این مطالعه رویکرد شبیهسازی-بهینهسازی با استفاده از ابزار ارزیابی خاک و آب (SWAT) در ترکیب با الگوریتم بهینهسازی تفاضلی غیر غالب (NSDE) بهمنظور پیدا کردن بهترین منحنی فرمان برای آبیاری محصول گندم در حوضه مهاباد به کار گرفته شد. عملکرد محصول گندم در سالهای 2011 تا 2013 برای واسنجی و صحتسنجی SWAT در نظر گرفته شد. بر مبنای قانون جیرهبندی، تابعی دو هدفه بکار گرفته شد که یکی از اهداف آن تولید محصول بیشتر و دیگری حجم آبیاری کمتر بود. نتایج بهینه نشان دادند که با کاهش میزان آبیاری سالانه از 200 میلیمتر به حدود 100 میلیمتر میتوان تولیدی برابر 114/2 تن در هکتار داشت که این عدد برابر میزان تولید محصول الگوی فعلی آبیاری است. این رویکرد با معرفی بهترین الگوی آبیاری، حداکثر صرفه اقتصادی را ارائه نموده و نشان داد که میزان تغذیه آب زیرزمینی و رواناب سطحی نیز به ترتیب به اندازه 34 درصد و 16 درصد کاهش مییابد.
