بررسی روند تغییرات دما و بارش و اثر آن بر پتانسیل منابع آب ورودی به سد طالقان
اثر تغییر مقدار و الگوی بارش بر رواناب سطحی و وقایع حدی هیدرولوژیکی، در مقیاس محلی و منطقهای بخصوص در مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک کشور، همچنان مورد بحث میباشد. در این تحقیق اثر تغییرات حرارت و بارش بر دبی سالانه و ماهانه حوضه آبریز طالقان در محل ورود به سد مخزنی طالقان بررسی شده است. برای این منظور ابتدا با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری وجود روند و وقوع جهش در متغیرهای هواشناسی-هیدرولوژیکی برای مطالعات تغییر اقلیم بررسی گردید. نتایج آزمون روند نشاندهنده روند افزایشی درجه حرارت (در سطح احتمال 99%) و رواناب (در سطح احتمال 95%) در طول فصل زمستان خصوصاً در ماههای بهمن و اسفند بود، در حالی که در بارش هیچگونه روندی مشاهده نگردید. همچنین نتایج آزمون جهش حاکی از آن بود که دما در سال 1363 در سطح احتمال 99% دچار جهش مثبت شده است. کوهستانی بودن حوضه، نظریه افزایش دمای هوا در زمستان و ذوبشدن برف زمستانه و ایجاد رواناب زودهنگام و به عبارت دیگر به عقب کشیده شدن زمان ذوب برف از فصل بهار به فصل زمستان را مطرح نمود. در ادامه و با استفاده از تکنیک سنجش از دور و با انتخاب ماهواره ترا، سطح پوشش برف حوضه طالقان در طول سالهای 1379-1393 در طول فصل زمستان بررسی گردید. نتایج حاصله حاکی از روند کاهشی سطح پوشش برف در سطح احتمال 99% در بهمنماه بود. بدین ترتیب وجود و اثر تغییرات اقلیمی بر منابع آب حوضه طالقان، با در نظر گرفتن جمیع عوامل نظیر وجود روند مثبت معنیدار در درجه حرارت، کاهش سطح پوشش برف، کاهش جریانهای بهاری و افزایش جریان زمستانه ورودی به سد، علیرغم ثابت ماندن حجم بارش و عمق رواناب سالانه مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. در نتیجهگیری نهایی میتوان گفت که تغییرات اقلیمی در این حوضه خود را به صورت تغییر الگوی بارش یعنی تغییر نوع بارش از برف به باران و همچنین جابجایی فصلی نشان داده است. این مطالعات با توجه به عدم وجود روند در میزان دبی سالیانه وارده به مخزن سد نشان داد که اثر عوامل انسانی در تغییر الگو و میزان رواناب حوضه از تأثیر زیادی برخوردار نبوده است.

بررسی تأثیر مشخصات هندسی و شرایط هیدرولیکی بر عملکرد سازه تنظیم دبی دریچه سالونی-پارشال فلوم
تحویل حجمی آب اولین گام برای کنترل و کاهش تلفات در مصارف کشاورزی است. در این تحقیق عملکرد سازه تحویل حجمی دبی دریچه سالونی-پارشال فلوم برای شرایط مختلف هندسی شامل مقدار بازشدگی دریچه سالونی، ابعاد، موقعیت قرارگیری پارشال فلوم نسبت به دریچه سالونی و شرایط هیدرولیکی شامل تغییرات دبی و شرایط جریان پایاب مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بهطورکلی بازشدگیهای 34، 45 و 68 درصد دریچه تأثیر معنیداری بر عمقهای بالادست دریچه (h1)، چاهک اول پارشال فلوم (ha) و مقدار افت نسبی انرژی (ΔE/E1) ندارد؛ اما بازشدگی 11 و 23 درصد، موجب افزایش h1 و ΔE/E1 به ترتیب تا 9/28 و 7/29 درصد و کاهش ha تا 5/10 درصد در جریان آزاد نسبت به بازشدگی 100 درصد میگردد. بررسیهای نتایج حاصل از موقعیتهای قرارگیری پارشال فلوم نشان داد که در موقعیتهای قرارگیری نصف عرض و همعرض فلوم نسبت به دریچه، پارامتر h1 به ترتیب تا 8/2 و 8/3 درصد در پارشال فلوم 6 اینچ و 7/4 و 3/4 درصد در پارشال فلوم 9 اینچ نسبت به موقعیت صفر افزایشیافته؛ اما در بازشدگیهای 23، 34، 45 و 68 درصد دریچه و کلیهی بازشدگیهای مورد بررسی در پارشال فلوم 1 فوت، تفاوت معنیداری در پارامتر h1 وجود نداشت. بررسی نتایج نشان داد که بین پارامتر ha در موقعیتهای کارگذاری مورد بررسی پارشال فلومهای مورد مطالعه، تفاوت معنیداری وجود ندارد. مقایسه نتایج نشان داد مقدار ΔE/E1 در موقعیت کارگذاری نصف عرض فلوم در مقایسه با موقعیتهای صفر و همعرض فلوم در پارشال فلوم 6 اینچ کمترین مقدار را دارا بود؛ اما در پارشال فلومهای 9 اینچ و 1 فوت تفاوت معنیداری مشاهده نگردید. تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج حاکی از آن بود که ایجاد جریان پایاب با استغراق 60 و 70 درصد تأثیر معنیداری بر نمودارهای دبی اشل نداشته اما درجه استغراق 80 درصد موجب افزایش پارامترهای h1 و ha به ترتیب تا 2/2 و 4/5 درصد میگردد. همچنین جریان پایاب مستغرق موجب افزایش پارامتر ΔE/E1 تا 3/47، 4/44 و 1/39 درصد به ترتیب در درجه استغراقهای 60، 70 و 80 درصد میگردد.

تأثیر کدورت آب آبیاری بر دقت اندازهگیری میزان رطوبت بهوسیلهی دستگاه تتاپروب
یکی از روشهای غیرمستقیم اندازهگیری میزان رطوبت خاک، استفاده از دستگاه تتاپروب است. از آنجاییکه اساس کار این دستگاه بر پایهی ثابت دیالکتریک خاک استوار است، عوامل تأثیرگذار بر خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک، تأثیر زیادی بر دقت قرائت این دستگاه دارند. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر کدورت آب آبیاری بر دقت اندازهگیری میزان رطوبت خاک بهوسیله دستگاه تتاپروب میباشد. برای این منظور، سه بافت متفاوت خاک (لوم سیلتی، لومی و لوم شنی) تحت سطوح مختلف کدورت آب آبیاری قرار گرفتند. سطوح کدورت آب آبیاری شامل 10، 1000، 2000 و 3000 NTU بودند. نتایج نشان داد عامل بافت خاک و کدورت آب آبیاری در سطح معنیداری (P<0.01) بر دقت اندازهگیری رطوبت توسط دستگاه تتاپروب مدل ML2 تأثیر دارد. افزایش میزان کدورت آب آبیاری در هر سه نوع بافت خاک باعث کاهش دقت قرائت دستگاه تتاپروب شد و بیشترین مقدار خطا در بافت لوم مشاهده شد که دارای بیشترین درصد رس بود بهطوری که مقدار RMSE در روشهای غیرخطی ارائه شده توسط سازندگان دستگاه، Topp et al. (1980) و Roth et al. (1990) به ترتیب از 069/0 به 089/0، از 071/0 به 090/0 و از 067/0 به 083/0 افزایش یافت. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که در بین توابع کالیبراسیونی مورد بررسی، توابع کالیبراسیونی ویژهی دستگاه (خطی ویژه و غیرخطی ویژه)، نسبت به توابع کالیبراسیونی دیگر، دارای دقت بیشتری است که نشان از ضرورت کالیبراسیون ویژه دستگاه برای تمامی خاکهای مورد آزمایش دارد.

تاثیر عدم قطعیت هدایت هیدرولیکی و تعداد نمونه در روش مونت کارلو بر تغییرات زمانی تحکیم خاک
نقش عدمقطعیت هدایت هیدرولیکی به عنوان عاملی مؤثر در تحلیل احتمالاتی تحکیم خاک حائز اهمیت میباشد. در تحقیق حاضر، برنامهای رایانهای در محیط MATLAB توسعه داده شد و پس از حل عددی معادله دیفرانسیل تحکیم به روش تفاضل محدود، از آن به عنوان راهحل پایه، در شبیهسازی مونتکارلو استفاده گردید. همچنین تأثیر تعداد نمونه تصادفی در مدل احتمالاتی تحکیم به روش مونتکارلو با کاربرد 100 و 1000 نمونه از توزیع لوگ-نرمال هدایت هیدرولیکی مربوط به زمینی در سراوان گیلان بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش زمان، منحنی توزیع احتمالاتی فشار آب منفذی هموارتر و عدمقطعیت بیشتر میگردد. افزایش تعداد نمونه هدایت هیدرولیکی از 100 نقطه به 1000 نقطه، تأثیر کمی بر توزیع احتمالاتی فشار آب منفذی نشان داد. همچنین بیشترین ضریب نیکویی برازش توزیع نرمال بر فشار آب منفذی در نزدیک به سطح خاک و 23 درصد بیش از مرکز لایه خاک به دست آمد.

بررسی اثر الگوریتمهای روندیابی جریان و توان تفکیک مدلهای ارتفاعی رقومی بر شاخص توپوگرافی و عملکرد مدل نیمه توزیعی TOPMODEL (مطالعه موردی: حوضههای آبریز کسیلیان و کارده)
نقش الگوریتمهای روندیابی جریان، برای استخراج پارامترهای ژئومورفولوژیکی حوضههای آبخیز و مدلسازی توزیعی فرآیند بارش- رواناب، غیرقابل انکار میباشد. در پژوهش حاضر به ارزیابی اثر چند الگوریتم پرکاربرد (D8, MFD, Lea) بر شاخص توپوگرافی و نیز عملکرد مدل نیمهتوزیعی TOPMODEL در ابعاد سلولی مختلف پرداخته شده است. نتایج حاصل از ارزیابی مدل در دو حوضه آبخیز کسیلیان و کارده، با دو مساحت و دو اقلیم متفاوت، حاکی از آن است که اگرچه در تمامی الگوریتمها با افزایش ابعاد سلول DEM متوسط شاخص توپوگرافی افزایش مییابد اما در یک ابعاد سلولی ثابت، مقدار متوسط شاخص توپوگرافی بدست آمده از دو روش MFD و D8 بهترتیب دارای بیشترین و کمترین مقدار میباشد. نکته مهم دیگر حاصل از این مطالعه آن است که واسنجی خودکار پارامترهای مدل و کاهش اختلاف بین شاخص کارائی نش-ساتکلیف مدل در الگوریتمهای مختلف میتواند بسیار گمراهکننده باشد؛ زیرا مقادیر متفاوت پارامترهای بدست آمده در هر الگوریتم، بر مهمترین پارامترهای هیدرولوژیکی از جمله میزان جریان سطحی و زیرسطحی شبیهسازی شده، تأثیرگذار است. بهطوریکه در حوضه کارده اگرچه اختلاف بین شاخص کارائی مدل در الگوریتمهای مختلف به کمتر از 5 درصد محدود میگردد، اما مدل واسنجی شده در الگوریتم D8 نسبت به دو الگوریتم دیگر جریان زیرسطحی را در حدود 12 درصد بیش برآورد مینماید. همچنین طبق نتایج بدست آمده الگوریتم MFD به علت مقادیر کم پارامتر m (در حدود 015/0) از کارائی مناسبی در حوضه کسیلیان برخوردار نمیباشد و به نوعی با مبانی TOPMODEL در تعارض میباشد. لذا توصیه میگردد در حوضههای فاقد آمار در انتخاب پارامتر m و نیز در شیبهای کم در تعیین الگوریتم روندیابی جریان، دقت کافی بهعمل آید.

تاثیر غلظت دیاکسید کربن و فراهمی نیتروژن خاک بر شاخصهای رشد و فیزیولوژیکی گندم
افزایش غلظت دیاکسید کربن و بهبود شرایط تغذیهای ناشی از مصرف کود نیتروژنی معمولاً سبب افزایش فتوسنتز و رشد گیاهان میگردد. پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی اثر CO2 و نیتروژن بر ویژگیهای رویشی و فیزیولوژیکی گندم رقم چمران بهصورت آزمایش فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی شامل فاکتور بافت خاک (لوم رسی شنی و لوم شنی) و فاکتور نیتروژن (صفر، 100 و 200 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم)، در چهار تکرار و در دو سطح CO2 (400 و 850 پیپیام) انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد همه ویژگیهای رویشی گیاه (بهجز وزن خشک ریشه) در خاک لوم رسی شنی بیشتر از لوم شنی بود. افزایش مقدار نیتروژن خاک سبب افزایش ویژگیهای رشدی و فیزیولوژیکی گندم شد. با افزایش غلظت CO2 شاخصهای رویشی شامل ارتفاع، وزن تر و خشک بخش هوایی، وزن خشک ریشه و سطح برگ و همچنین محتوای نسبی آب برگ بهطور معنیداری افزایش یافت. در شرایط مصرف نیتروژن در هر دو سطح با افزایش غلظت CO2 شاخصهای رویشی گیاه بهطور معنیدار افزایش یافت. بهعبارتدیگر، افزایش مقدار نیتروژن خاک منجر به تشدید اثر افزایش غلظت CO2 گردید. بنابراین درصورتیکه محدودیتی از نظر تأمین عناصر غذایی ضروری گیاه به خصوص نیتروژن وجود نداشته باشد، در شرایط افزایش غلظت CO2 رشد و عملکرد گیاه گندم افزایش خواهد یافت.

بررسی عملکرد روشهای ANN و SVR در ریزمقیاس نمایی بارش روزانه مناطق خشک
مطالعات بررسی پیامدهای تغییر اقلیم بر منابع آب نیازمند تبدیل رفتار متغیرهای اقلیمی شبیهسازی شده توسط خروجی مدلهای گردش عمومی، از یک مقیاس بزرگ به یک مقیاس محلی و مناسب است. فرآیند ریزمقیاس نمایی به طور قابلتوجهی نتایج مربوط به شبیهسازی مدلهای گردش عمومی را بهبود میبخشد. با وجود اینکه مطالعات کمی در خصوص عملکرد روشهای ریزمقیاس نمایی در مناطق خشک وجود دارد، این پژوهش در نظر دارد تا کارایی روشهای آماری را به منظور ریزمقیاس نمایی بارش روزانه بررسی نماید. در این مطالعه به منظور بررسی عملکرد روش ANN و SVM در ریزمقیاس نمایی بارش روزانه مشاهداتی (1990-1960)، مقادیر 26 متغیر پیشبینی کننده از خروجی مدل گردش عمومی CanESM2 در گزارش پنجم، برای مدت مشابه استفاده شد. نخست فرآیند انتخاب بهترین متغیرهای پیشبینی کننده توسط آزمون رگرسیون گام به گام پیشرو انجام شد. به منظور بررسی توانمندی روشهای ریزمقیاس نمایی از شاخصهای ارزیابی R2، RMSE و NSEبهره گرفته شد. همچنین به منظور تحلیل بهتر از آزمونهای مقایسهای متعددی نظیر بررسی عدم قطعیت، آمارههای توصیفی، دورههای تر و خشک و بارندگی ماهانه استفاده شد. نتایج شاخصهای ارزیابی نشان داد که در حالت کلی عملکرد دو روش در تخمین بارش نسبتاً مناسب میباشد. مقدار شاخصهای ارزیابی R2، RMSE و NSE در بهترین حالت به ترتیب معادل 48/0، 5/1 میلیمتر در روز و 47/0 و متعلق به روش SVM با تابع کرنل Polynomial میباشد. مقایسه تغییرات بارندگی روزانه نشان داد عدم قطعیت تخمین زده شده در روش SVM به عدمقطعیت مقادیر مشاهداتی نزدیکتر میباشد. عملکرد روشها در تخمین آمارههای توصیفی نشان داد که روش SVM با تابع کرنل Polynomial از برتری قابلتوجهی نسبت به سایر روشها برخوردار میباشد. مقایسه میانگین بارشهای ماه به ماه در دوره آزمون نشان داد که در ماههای با بارش بالا، عملکرد SVM بهتر از ANN میباشد. همچنین هر دو روش بارش در فصل تابستان را بیش از مقدار مشاهداتی برآورد نمودهاند. نتایج تشخیص روزهای خشک نشان داد که عملکرد روشها به یکدیگر نزدیک میباشد. در این مقوله ANN حدود 96% روزهای خشک را به درستی تشخیص داد. اما در تشخیص روزهای تر عملکرد SVM در مقایسه با ANN بسیار بالاتر بود. بررسی توانمندی روشها در تخمین طول دورههای خشک نشان داد که عملکرد دو روش در تخمین دورههای بحرانی خشک بهتر از دورههای خشک با طول کم میباشد. همچنین نتایج مربوط به تخمین طول دورههای تر نشان داد که دقت روشها مناسب نمیباشد.

مهار فرسایش بادی توسط پلیمر SBR و میکروارگانیسم باسیلوس پاسته اوره (مطالعه موردی: منطقه جبلکندی)
فرسایش بادی از عوامل اصلی تخریب خاک و محیط زیست، انتقال ذرات معلق و رسوبدهنده آن در شبکههای آبیاری و زهکشی است. بادهای موسمی منطقه، منجر به فرسایش بادی اراضی کشاورزی استانهای آذربایجانشرقی و غربی شده و آثار مخربی بر منابع زیستمحیطی و تأسیسات اقتصادی خواهد داشت. هزینه زیاد مالچهای نفتی و آثار مخرب آنها در محیط زیست، منجر به استفاده از مواد سازگار با محیط زیست و ارزانتر شده است. در این تحقیق، اثر پلیمر مایع رزین SBR و میکروارگانیسم باسیلوس پاسته اوری بر کنترل فرسایش بادی و طوفان گرد و غبار در منطقه جبلکندی ارزیابی شده است. برای شبیهسازی فرسایش خاک از دستگاه تونل باد با دامنه سرعت صفر تا 15 متر بر ثانیه در ارتفاع 15 سانتیمتری از کف تونل استفاده شده است. طبق نتایج بدست آمده، در نمونهها، با افزایش سرعت باد مقدار فرسایش خاک به صورت نمایی افزایش مییابد، به گونهای که در نمونه شاهد تا سرعت حدود هفت متر بر ثانیه افزایش مقدار فرسایش خاک ناچیز است، ولی از سرعت حدود هفت متر بر ثانیه تا حدود 15 متر بر ثانیه، مقدار فرسایش خاک از 51/5 به 240 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع بر ساعت افزایش یافته است. همچنین روند افزایش مقدار فرسایش خاک در نمونه تثبیت شده با میکروارگانیسم بسیار کند و در سرعت 15 متر بر ثانیه برابر 1/1 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع بر ساعت و در نمونه تثبیت شده با پلیمر تقریبا صفر است. برای بررسی مقاومت سطحی نمونههای خاک تثبیت شده از آزمایش مقاومت فروروی استفاده شد که طبق نتایج، مقدار متوسط مقاومت فروروی در نمونههای تثبیت شده با میکروارگانیسم و پلیمر به ترتیب برابر با 58 و 76 کیلوپاسکال است در حالی که مقاومت فروروی نمونه شاهد 15 کیلوپاسکال میباشد.

تعیین مقیاس نقشه بهینه برای استفاده در مدلسازی هیدرولیکی سیلاب (با رویکرد اقتصادی-هیدرولیکی)
یکی از مهمترین روشهای معرفی هندسه رودخانه استفاده از مدلهای رقومی ارتفاعی (DEMs) با ساختار رستری میباشد. از جمله مهمترین مواردی که بر کیفیت و کمیت یک DEM تأثیرگذار هستند میتوان به توان تفکیک DEM و همچنین مقیاس نقشه توپوگرافی مورد استفاده برای ساخت آن اشاره نمود. در پژوهش حاضر و با استفاده از نقشههای توپوگرافی با مقیاسهای مختلف، میزان حساسیت مدل هندسی سطح زمین و متعاقب آن پارامترهای هیدرولیکی شبیهسازی شده توسط مدل یکبعدی HEC-RAS در دو رودخانه با ویژگیهای متفاوت، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. همچنین بررسی اثر توان تفکیک DEM بر کیفیت مقاطع عرضی و همچنین پارامترهای هیدرولیکی سیلاب از دیگر اهداف این تحقیق میباشد. نتایج بدست آمده در دو رودخانه سجاسرود و سرباز حاکی از آن است که استفاده از نقشههای کوچک مقیاس به جای نقشههای بزرگ مقیاس علاوه بر کاهش قابل توجه در هزینههای نقشهبرداری تأثیر چندان زیادی بر پارامترهای هیدرولیکی شبیهسازی شده ایجاد نمینمایند. به عنوان مثال استفاده از نقشههای 2000/1 و 5000/1 به جای نقشههای 1000/1 و 2000/1 در دو رودخانه سجاسرود و سرباز موجب ایجاد کمتر از 8 درصد خطا در پهنه سیلاب میشود و این در حالی است که هزینه برداشت نقشه در هر دو رودخانه به طور متوسط بیش از 77% کاهش یافته است. ارزیابی اثر توان تفکیک DEM بر پارامترهای هیدرولیکی سیلاب در رودخانههای مورد مطالعه نیز حاکی از آن است که کاهش توان تفکیک DEM موجب افزایش تراز سطح آب و نیز پهنه سیلاب گردیده است. البته لازم به ذکر است که میزان تأثیر توان تفکیک DEM بر رقوم سطح آب بسیار کمتر از تأثیر آن بر پهنه سیلاب میباشد. به عبارت بهتر چنانچه هدف مدلسازی هیدرولیکی تنها برآورد تراز سطح آب باشد، توان تفکیک از اهمیت بالائی برخوردار نیست و لذا میتوان از مدلهای رقومی با ابعاد سلولی بزرگتر نیز استفاده نمود.

تعیین بهرهوری مصرف آب در سامانههای آبیاری سطحی و بارانی گندم (مطالعه موردی بهبهان)
این تحقیق با هدف مطالعهای میدانی برای اندازهگیری مستقیم و مزرعهای آب مصرفی گندم تحت مدیریت کشاورزان در یک فصل زراعی (96-1395) در 21 مزرعه از مزارع شهرستان بهبهان انجام شد. مقادیر اندازهگیری شده با نیاز آبی خالص به روش پنمن- مانتیث (سند ملی بهروز شده) و همچنین با مقادیر سند ملی آب مقایسه گردید. نتایج نشان داد که راندمان کاربرد مزرعه از 7/22 تا 7/99 درصد در نوسان بود. میانگین بهرهوری مصرف آب گندم در مزارع با سامانه آبیاری بارانی و سطحی در شهرستان بهبهان معادل 92/0 کیلوگرم بر مترمکعب بود. بالاترین مصرف آب در مزارع زیرپوشش چشمهها به میزان 4626 مترمکعب بر هکتار به ثبت رسید. نتایج مقایسه میانگین نیاز آبی در آزمون تی (t-Test) نشان داد که میانگین سند ملی و بهروز شده به ترتیب با 4/483 و 0/455 میلیمتر در کل دوره رشد، اختلاف معنیداری با هم داشتند. ضرایب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که روند تغییرات حجم آب مصرفی، تغییراتی معنیداری در سطح 1 درصد و غیر همراستا با روند تغییرات شاخص راندمان کاربرد و بهرهوری مصرف آب داشت. هرچه دبی مزرعه و حجم آب مصرفی افزایش یابد بهرهوری مصرف آب کاهش پیدا میکند

تحلیل حساسیت جامع پارامترهای گیاهی مدل WOFOST برای گیاهان ذرت و گندم در شبیهسازی عملکرد محصول
مدل شبیهسازی رشد محصول WOFOST به طور گستردهای در تخمین عملکرد محصولات زراعی در مقیاس مزرعهای و منطقهای و شرایط مختلف اقلیمی بکار میرود. در فرآیند مدلسازی، همواره به سبب وجود تعداد زیاد پارامترها و از طرفی کمبود دادههای اندازهگیری شده نمیتوان تمامی پارامترهای مدل را تخمین زد. بنابراین معمولاً در فرآیند مدلسازی پارامترهای حساس مدل شناسایی و سپس تخمینزده (واسنجی) میشوند. روشهای جامع تحلیل حساسیت ابزاری مناسب جهت رتبهبندی پارامترهای مدلها از لحاظ تأثیر آنها در خروجیها و در نظر گرفتن تمام فضای پارامتری مدلها میباشند. در این روشها علاوه بر در نظر گرفتن تأثیر پارامترهای مدل به تنهایی، تأثیر ترکیب پارامترهای مختلف نیز در تحلیل حساسیت لحاظ میشود. در این مطالعه از روش تحلیل حساسیت منطقهای یکی از روشهای پرکاربرد تحلیل حساسیت جامع، جهت تحلیل حساسیت پارامترهای مدل WOFOST برای دو گیاه ذرت علوفهای و گندم زمستانه استفاده شده است. شاخص حساسیت پارامترها بر اساس آزمون کولموگروف-اسمیرنوف و در سطح احتمال معنیداری %95 بر اساس روش منطقهای تحلیل حساسیت محاسبه شده و سپس نتایج تحلیل حساسیت در مزارع مورد مطالعه بررسی گردید. تغییرات شاخص حساسیت در دو مزرعه مورد مطالعه از حداقل 006/0 (غیر حساس) تا حداکثر 37/0 (حساسیت زیاد) بدست آمده است. برای گیاه ذرت نتایج نشان داد که تأثیرگذارترین پارامترها در شبیهسازی عملکرد مربوط به تأثیر دما (پارامترهای TSUMEA و TSUMAM) و فرآیند جذب نور (SLA، AMAX و EFF) در گیاه میباشند؛ اما برای گیاه گندم بیشتر پارامترهای مرتبط با جذب نور (SLA، RGRLAI، AMAX، EFF و KDIF)، بیشترین اهمیت را در شبیهسازی عملکرد آن دارند.

بررسی نقش ریزمقیاسسازی و روش محاسبهی تبخیر- تعرق مرجع در تحلیل اثر تغییر اقلیم بر منابع آب
تغییر اقلیم میتواند تأثیر قابل توجهی بر منابع آبهای سطحی و زیرزمینی داشته باشد. از این رو لازم است این تأثیر با استفاده از مدلهای مناسب مورد شبیهسازی قرار گیرد. در این مطالعه، خروجی مدل گردش عمومی جو HADCM3 تحت چهار سناریوی انتشار، با استفاده از مدلهای آماری LARS-WG و SDSM، در حوضهی حبلهرود برای دورهی 30 سالهی 2047-2018 میلادی ریزمقیاس شد. مدل SWAT در این حوضه واسنجی شد و برای شبیهسازی آبدهی حوضه، تغذیهی آب زیرزمینی و رطوبت خاک در دورهی ذکرشده مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. در مدل SWAT، از سه روش متفاوت شامل هارگریوز، پنمن- مانتیث و پریستلی- تیلور برای برآورد تبخیر- تعرق مرجع استفاده شد. ترکیبهای متفاوتی از عوامل مؤثر بر عدمقطعیت نتایج شامل مدل ریزمقیاسساز، سناریوی انتشار و روش برآورد تبخیر- تعرق مرجع مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که روش مورد استفاده در ریزمقیاسکردنِ خروجی مدل گردش عمومی جو، بیشترین تأثیر را بر عدمقطعیت خروجی مدل SWAT دارد. همچنین مشاهده شد که ترکیبهای مختلف در شبیهسازی تغذیهی آب زیرزمینی، دادههای پرت بیشتری نسبت به شبیهسازی آبدهی و رطوبت خاک تولید میکنند. میانهی آبدهی سالانهی شبیهسازیشده در تمامی ترکیبهای مورد بررسی، برابر با 32/13 مترمکعب بر ثانیه به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد ترکیبهایی از عوامل مدلِ ریزمقیاسساز، سناریوی انتشار و روش برآورد تبخیر- تعرق مرجع که میانهی آبدهی سالانهی حوضه را کمتر از این مقدار پیشبینی میکنند، نسبت به سایر ترکیبها عدمقطعیت بیشتری دارند. این موضوع در مورد متغیرهای تغذیهی آب زیرزمینی (با میانهی 07/2 میلیمتر در سال) و رطوبت خاک (با میانهی 4/112 میلیمتر) نیز مشاهده شد.

علل عملکرد متفاوت مدلهای آشفتگی در شبیه سازی جریان خروجی از قطرهچکانها
قطرهچکان وسیلهای برای کاهش فشار و خروج آب با مقدار ثابت از درون مجاری باریک و طولانی مسیر (که آب تحت فشار درون آنها جاری است) میباشد. از این رو مهمترین بخش سیستم آبیاری قطرهای محسوب میشود. از طرفی دیگر، تولید قطرهچکان مناسب زمانبر و پرهزینه میباشد. استفاده از دینامیک سیالات محاسباتی (CFD) میتواند ابزار مفیدی برای کاهش هزینه و زمان ساخت قطرهچکانها محسوب گردد. با این هدف، در مطالعه حاضر سه نوع قطرهچکان با هندسه مجاری متفاوت انتخاب و ابعاد مجاری آن با استفاده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی(SEM) اندازهگیری گردید. میزان دبی خروجی قطرهچکانها با استفاده از مدل جریان آرام و 4 مدل آشفتگی (k- ε استاندارد، k-ω استاندارد، K-ε RNG و Realizable K-ε) شبیهسازی شد و با نتایج حاصل از آزمایشگاه مقایسه گردید. نتایج نشان داد که به طور کلی تطابق خوبی بین نتایج آزمایشگاهی و نتایج حاصل از مدلهای مختلف آشفتگی و آرام وجود دارد، اما در بین مدلهای مورد بررسی، k-ω استاندارد و k-ε استاندارد به ترتیب بهترین و بدترین نتایج را در مقایسه با نتایج آزمایشگاهی ارائه نمودند به طوری که میانگین NRMSE سه قطرهچکان، برای دو مدل k- ε استاندارد و k-ω استاندارد، به ترتیب 57/7 و 56/3 درصد تعیین گردید. همچنین با توجه به پایین بودن اعداد رینولدز، مدل آرام نیز نتایج خوبی ارائه داد.

بهینهسازی الگوی کشت با استفاده از نرم افزار AquaCrop-GIS (مطالعه موردی: دشت دهلران، استان ایلام)
بهینهسازی الگوی کشت یکی از مهمترین راهکارهای افزایش بهرهوری آب و حفاظت از منابع آب محدود کشور میباشد. هدف از این مطالعه بهینهسازی الگوی کشت دشت دهلران در استان ایلام مبتنی بر تغییرات مکانی ویژگیهای شیمیایی و فیزیکی خاک، مقدار آب در دسترس، کیفیت آب و سطح آبهای زیرزمینی میباشد. در این راستا دشت دهلران به چهار ناحیه اراضی تحت پوشش شبکههای میمه، دویرج، سامانه گرمسیری و اراضی تحت پوشش چاهها تقسیمبندی شد. سپس با استفاده از اطلاعات میدانی، نرمافزار AquaCrop-GIS واسنجی و صحتسنجی شد. در نهایت توابع تولید محصولات مختلف استخراج و با استفاده از روش برنامهریزی خطی و تابع هدف حداکثر درآمد خالص، الگوی کشت بهینهسازی شد. نتایج نشان داد AquaCrop-GIS ابزار قدرتمندی برای تحلیل تغییرات مکانی پارامترهای مؤثر بر عملکرد محصول بوده و الگوی کشت در یک دشت تحت تأثیر تغییرات مکانی این پارامترها میباشد. همچنین با بهینهسازی الگوی کشت متناسب با کمّیت و کیفیت آب و ویژگیهای شیمیایی و فیزیکی خاک در مناطق مختلف دشت دهلران میتوان با مصرف مقدار آب یکسان درآمد و بهرهوری آب را بین 30 تا 120 درصد افزایش داد.

تأثیر سیاست بهره برداری، سطوح اعتمادپذیری و آستانه کمبود نیاز کشاورزی بر ظرفیت بهینه مخزن سد
ظرفیت بهینه مخزن یک سد متأثر از دو فرض مهم است که در مرحله طراحی مدنظر قرار میگیرند. مورد اول سیاست بهرهبرداری منتخب است که به معنی نحوه رهاسازی جریان در زمان بهرهبرداری است. سیاستهای متعارف بهرهبرداری از مخزن در مطالعات عمدتاً شامل سیاست بهرهبرداری استاندارد،S-type ،SQ-type و روشهای برگرفته از این روشها مانند GSQ-type و یا GSQD-type هستند. مورد دوم سطوح مفروض اعتمادپذیری و حد آستانه کمبود مجاز در تأمین نیازها هستند. در این مطالعه، تأثیر توأم سیاست بهرهبرداری منتخب، حدود اعتمادپذیری و آستانه کمبود بر روی ظرفیت بهینه مخزن سد ماربره در استان لرستان مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. بدین منظور تعیین ظرفیت بهینه مخزن در چهار حالت، Free Policy، SOP، S-type و SQ-type با لحاظ توأم سطوح مختلف اعتمادپذیری و آستانه کمبود انجام گرفته است. نتایج بهدستآمده نشان میدهد که ظرفیت بهینه مخزن سد بهشدت متأثر از حدود اعتمادپذیری، آستانه کمبود و سیاست بهرهبرداری منتخب است. بهنحویکه در مطالعه حاضر تغییر در اعتمادپذیری از 50 تا 100 درصد کمینه ظرفیت مخزن را برای حالتهای مختلف سیاست بهرهبرداری و آستانه کمبود موردقبول مختلف، از 2/5 میلیون مترمکعب تا 3/248 میلیون مترمکعب تغییر میدهد. تأثیر عدم قطعیت پارامتر احتمالاتی جریان ورودی به مخزن سد نیز در مطالعه حاضر به روش ضمنی (استفاده از سریهای آماری) لحاظ شده است.

بررسی آزمایشگاهی اثر طول آبشکن توریسنگی بر الگوی جریان و توپوگرافی بستر در کانال با بستر متحرک
آبشکن سازهای هیدرولیکی است که در کانالهای روباز و رودخانهها برای حفاظت دیوارهها در برابر فرسایش و یا انحراف و هدایت آب در جهتهای مورد نظر ساخته میشود. یکی از مهمترین مشکلات آبشکن، آبشستگی اطراف آن است که موجب شکست و واژگونی آبشکن میگردد. تعیین عمق آبشستگی به علت اینکه معرف میزان پتانسیل تخریب جریان در اطراف سازه بوده و همچنین پارامتری مهم در طراحی ابعاد فونداسیون سازههای مسیر جریان میباشد حائز اهمیت است. با توجه به اینکه الگوی جریان و توپوگرافی بستر به شکل قابل ملاحظهای تحت تأثیر حضور آبشکن قرار میگیرد، بررسی این موارد از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است. برای اندازهگیری توپوگرافی بستر و سرعتهای سهبعدی از دستگاه vectrino+ استفاده شد. سرعتهای سهبعدی روی بستر متحرک اندازهگیری شد. به همین منظور در این تحقیق تأثیر تغییرات طول آبشکن باز توریسنگی با تخلخل 30 و 50 درصد مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان میدهد که افزایش طول آبشکن باعث افزایش حداکثر عمق آبشستگی و همچنین ابعاد حفره آبشستگی میشود. با توجه به نتایج آزمایشهای الگوی جریان در این زمینه، افزایش میزان تنگشدگی مقطع و بهتبع آن، افزایش سرعت جریان در دماغهی آبشکن به همراه توسعه جریانهای عرضی و قائم منجر به افزایش حداکثر عمق و ابعاد حفره آبشستگی میشود. با افزایش طول آبشکن، محدودهی تأثیر این سازه در بالادست آن بیشتر شده بهطوری که تغییرات سرعت از میانهی کانال عبور کرده و به دیوارهی مقابل نزدیک میشود. بیشترین مقادیر سرعت در تمام لایهها، بعد از آبشکن در محدودهی نزدیک به دماغه بوده که به سمت میانهی کانال گسترده شده است.

تاثیر لوتئولین، شوری و ترشحات بذر بر بیان ژن گرهزایی Rhizobium meliloti L. با استفاده از ارزیابی فعالیت آنزیم β-galactosidase
فلاونوئیدها نقش مهمی را به عنوان سیگنالهای مولکولی در تشکیل گرهها توسط ریزوبیومهای همزیست بازی میکنند. لوتئولین یکی از مهمترین فلاونوئیدها است که توسط بذرهای در حال جوانهزنی یونجه ترشح میشود. همچنین به نظر میرسد سطح شوری بالا بدون حضور فلاونوئید موجب افزایش بیان ژنهای گرهزایی میشود. بنابراین، در این آزمایش تأثیر لوتئولین، ترشحات بذر و شوری بر بیان ژن گرهزایی دو سویه حساس و مقاوم به شوری S. meliloti با استفاده از پلاسمید حامل پروموتور nodA و ژن lacZ از باکتری Escherichiacoli و از طریق فعالیت آنزیم β-galactosidase مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که پیش تیمار باکتریها با لوتئولین و ترشحات بذر بیان ژن nodA را افزایش داد که تأثیر ترشحات بذر بر بیان ژن بیشتر از لوتئولین بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که سطح شوری بالاmM 300 و 400 بدون حضور فلاونوئید منجر به بیان ژن گرهزایی شد و در شرایطی که شوری بالا و القاکنندهها به طور همزمان وجود داشت، بیان ژن nodA بیشتر بود. به نظر میرسد ریزوبیومها از یک مکانیسم جایگزین برای بهبود گرهزایی در شرایط تنش استفاده میکنند.

اثرات آشفتگی ناشی از تغییر کاربری اراضی بر پویایی فعالیت کرمها، نماتدهای خاکزی و تصاعد دی اکسیدکربن خاک سطحی در ناحیه نوشهر (مطالعه موردی: گردکوه صافک)
تغییر کاربری اراضی شمال ایران کیفیت خاک را در معرض تغییر قرار داده است. با هدف مطالعه اثر کاربریهای مختلف جنگل طبیعی، جنگل مخروبه، جنگلکاری توسکا، جنگلکاری سکویا، آیش و اگروفارستری بارده بر مشخصههای زیستی خاک، منطقه جلگهای شمال ایران مورد توجه قرار گرفت. بدین منظور از شش کاربری ذکر شده تعداد 30 نمونه خاک از عمق 10-0 سانتیمتری گرفته شد. تعداد و زیتوده گروههای اکولوژیک کرمخاکی، فراوانی نماتدهای خاکزی و میزان تصاعد دیاکسیدکربن در طول چهار فصل از خاک سطحی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. همچنین برخی خصوصیات فیزیکوشیمیایی خاک در محیط آزمایشگاه مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. مقادیر بیشینه تعداد کرمهای خاکی (سه تعداد در مترمربع)، زیتوده کرمهای خاکی (76/38 میلیگرم بر مترمربع)، فراوانی نماتدها (457 تعداد در 100 گرم خاک) و تصاعد دیاکسیدکربن (47/0 میلیگرم بر گرم خاک-روز) به کاربری توسکا تعلق داشت. در تمام کاربریهای مورد بررسی، هر سه گروه از کرمهای خاکی و نماتدها بیشترین فعالیت را به طور مشترک در فصل بهار و پاییز داشتند در حالیکه بیشترین مقدار تصاعد دیاکسیدکربن در فصل تابستان ثبت شد. تحلیل PCA حاکی از بیشترین تأثیر مثبت مشخصههای اسیدیته، نیتروژن و عناصر غذایی بر فعالیت موجودات خاکزی میباشد. به عنوان نتیجه میتوان اذعان داشت که جنگلکاری با گونه توسکا راهکار مناسبی جهت بهبود شاخصهای زیستی و حفظ کیفیت خاک در مناطق تخریب شده شمال کشور با شرایط مشابه میباشد.

ارزیابی سالیانه ضریب نرخ بازهوادهی رودخانه کارون (بازه ی ایستگاه ملاثانی تا کوت امیر)
یکی از مهمترین پارامترهای مدیریت کیفی منابع آب سطحی میزان اکسیژن محلول آن میباشد. ضریب نرخ بازهوادهی توصیفکننده جذب فیزیکی اکسیژن از اتمسفر به داخل آب است. مقادیر اکسیژن محلول در مدلسازی کیفی حساسیت زیادی حتی به تغییرات کم ضریب نرخ بازهوادهی داشته و برآورد صحیح آن بسیار مهم است. هدف اصلی مقاله حاضر انتخاب بهترین روابط برآورد ضریب نرخ بازهوادهی از بین 29 رابطه پرکاربرد پیشنهادی بر اساس مدلسازی اکسیژن محلول برای رودخانه کارون در فصول مختلف میباشد. بدین منظور 91 کیلومتر از رودخانه کارون و از ایستگاه ملاثانی تا کوت امیر انتخاب شد. از دادههای ماهانه کمی و کیفی این رودخانه در سالهای آبی 90-1389 و 91-1390 و مدل Qual2Kw5.1 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان میدهد که رابطه TH در فصل پائیز، رابطه LA در فصول زمستان و بهار و رابطه JH در فصل تابستان با RMSEهایی به ترتیب برابر با 35/0، 48/0، 29/0 و 29/0 و MBEهایی به ترتیب برابر با 78/1، 43/0، 47/2- و 67/0- بین اکسیژن محلول شبیهسازی شده و مشاهدهای در هر فصل دارای بهترین برآورد از ضریب نرخ بازهوادهی بوده و مقادیر ضریب نرخ بازهوادهی این رودخانه در فصول ذکر شده به ترتیب برابر 62/0، 23/0، 33/0 و 59/1 یک بر روز میباشد.

مطالعه تأثیر تنشهای شوری آب و حاصلخیزی خاک، بر تبخیر و تعرق ذرت علوفهای
برای بررسی اثر تنشهای شوری آب و حاصلخیزی خاک بر مقدار تبخیر و تعرق ذرت، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی، در مزرعه آموزشی دانشگاه بینالمللی امام خمینی (ره) و در سال 1396 انجام شد. تیمارهای شوری آب شامل چهار سطح 5/0، 1/2، 5/3 و 7/5 دسی زیمنس بر متر و تیمارهای حاصلخیزی خاک نیز در چهار سطح 100، 75، 50 و 25 درصد نیاز به کود ازته، در سه تکرار و در کرتهایی به مساحت 9 مترمربع به اجرا درآمد. در فواصل بین دو آبیاری، با اندازهگیری رطوبت خاک در عمق ریشه، تفاوت جذب آب توسط کرتهای تحت تنش نسبت به کرت بدون تنش، بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که با تغییر شوری آب آبیاری از حد 5/0 به 7/5 دسیزیمنس بر متر در حاصلخیزی ، ، و ، ضریب تنش تبخیر و تعرق به ترتیب 77/0، 69/0، 64/0 و 63/0 شده است. همچنین با تغییر سطح حاصلخیزی از به ، در شوری ، ، و ، ضریب به ترتیب؛ 96/0، 88/0، 83/0 و 63/0 شده است. از تیمار تا ، مقدار تبخیر و تعرق، ضریب و عملکرد محصول،به ترتیب؛ 37، 37 و 38 درصد کاهش یافته است. برای تخمین تبخیر و تعرق از روی تنشهای شوری و حاصلخیزی، شکلهای مختلف توابع تولید برازش داده شد. در بین آنها، تابع درجه دوم به دلیل داشتن آمارههای RMSE و ME حداقل و و EF نزدیک به عدد یک، بهعنوان تابع بهینه انتخاب شد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که تنشهای شوری و حاصلخیزی، با کاهش ضریب ، اثر کاهندهای بر مقدار تبخیر و تعرق گیاه دارد. لذا با تعیین صحیح نیاز آبی گیاه تحت تنش، میتوان از مصرف بیرویه آب جلوگیری کرد.
