ارزیابی عملکرد مدل AquaCrop در شبیهسازی رشد گیاه ریحان تحت تنشهای مختلف حاصلخیزی در شرایط کشت کنترل شده گلخانه
بخش کشاورزی در فرآیند رشد و توسعه اقتصادی جوامع مختلف از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است. کاربرد کودهای نیتروژنی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین عوامل تولید و افزایش بهرهوری محصولات کشاورزی بهشمار میآید. مدیریت و مصرف بهینه کود صرفاٌ بر اساس آزمایشهای مزرعهای یا گلخانهای زمانبر و هزینهبر است. لذا مدلهایی که اثرات تنشهای مختلف حاصلخیزی بر تولید محصول را شبیهسازی میکنند، ابزارهایی مفید در برنامهریزی و بهینهسازی مصرف کود هستند. در مدل AquaCrop میزان عملکرد محصول تحت تنش کودی توسط روش نیمهکمی (Semi-quantitative) شبیهسازی میشود. هدف از این تحقیق، شبیهسازی پاسخ گیاه به تیمارهای مختلف کوددهی و ارزیابی روش نیمهکمی در مدل AquaCrop است. بدین منظور، گیاه ریحان در داخل گلخانه تحقیقاتی پردیس کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه تهران طی دو دوره کشت شد. بررسی اثر تنش حاصلخیزی در پنج سطح کاربرد کود نیتروژنی (کود اوره) و سه تکرار انجام شد. ابتدا روش نیمهکمی مورد واسنجی قرار گرفت. نتایج واسنجی نشان داد، ضریب بهرهوری آب نرمال شده در اثر تنش حاصلخیزی به میزان 41 درصد کاهش یافت. سپس مدل AquaCrop در تخمین متغیرهای زیستتوده و پوشش گیاهی با استفاده از شاخصهای آماری صحتسنجی شد. دامنه تغییرات به دست آمده برای شاخصهای R2، MBE و RRMSE برای متغیر زیستتوده گیاه به ترتیب برابر با 98/0-95/0، 56/21-72/1 گرم بر مترمربع، 07/19 -42/17 درصد و برای پوشش گیاهی به ترتیب برابر با 78/0-66/0، 86/12-44/6 درصد و 83/21-66/19 درصد بود. با توجه به نتایج، از مدل AquaCrop و روش نیمهکمی میتوان به عنوان یک ابزار مناسب جهت شبیهسازی رشد گیاه در شرایط تنش حاصلخیزی استفاده نمود.

تأثیر محلولپاشی اسید سالیسیلیک در شرایط کمآبیاری بر عملکرد و کارآیی مصرف آب خیار (Cucumis sativus cv. Kish F1)
کمآبیاری روش مدیریت مصرف آب است که با حذف آب اضافه، موجب افزایش کارآیی مصرف آب میشود. کاربرد تنظیمکنندههای رشد گیاه (مانند اسید سالیسیلیک) باعث افزایش مقاومت گیاهان تحت تنش میشود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر محلولپاشی اسید سالیسیلیک در سطوح متفاوت آبیاری بر عملکرد و کارآیی مصرف آب بود. پژوهش بر اساس آزمایش فاکتوریل بر پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در 3 تکرار از خرداد تا آبان ماه 1397 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه زنجان روی گیاه خیار رقم (cv. Kish F1) انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش غلظت اسید سالیسیلیک در 3 سطح (0/3، 5/1 و صفر میلیمولار) و سطوح آبیاری در 3 سطح (100، 80 و 60 درصد نیاز آبی) بود. تیمار 100 درصد نیاز آبی و صفر میلیمولار اسید سالیسلیک بهعنوان تیمار شاهد در نظر گرفته شد. بر اساس نتایج، محلولپاشی بوتههای خیار با 0/3 میلیمولار اسید سالیسیلیک نسبت به تیمار صفر میلیمولار، باعث 32 درصد افزایش در میانگین شاخص کلروفیل برگ در تیمار 100 درصد نیاز آبی و 21 و 4/9 درصد افزایش در میانگین سطح برگ و محتوای نسبی آب برگ (به ترتیب) در تیمار 80 درصد نیاز آبی شد. بیشترین میانگین تعداد میوه در بوته، عملکرد کل و کارآیی مصرف آب در تیمار 0/3 میلیمولار اسید سالیسیلیک حاصل شد (بهترتیب 9/9 عدد، 1/34 تن در هکتار و 1/15 کیلوگرم بر مترمکعب) که نسبت به تیمار صفر میلیمولار اسید سالیسیلیک به ترتیب 4/38، 0/39 و 0/40 درصد افزایش داشت. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، اعمال 20 درصد کمآبیاری و 0/3 میلیمولار اسید سالیسیلیک برای گیاه خیار در منطقه زنجان پیشنهاد میشود.

کاربرد معادلات دیفرانسیل کسری در تحلیل خط نشت در محیطهای متخلخل درشتدانه
در این تحقیق از معادلات دیفرانسیل مرتبه کسری برای مدلسازی نیمرخ سطح آب درون محیط متخلخل در دامنه مرتبهی کسری صفر تا یک برای جریان متلاطم کاملاً توسعهیافته استفاده گردید و معادله توسعهیافته تحت شرایط قانون دارسی، به روش تحلیلی حل گردید. مدل آزمایشگاهی شامل یک محیط متخلخل درشتدانه به طول 4/6 متر، عرض 8/0 متر و ارتفاع 1 متر و شامل مصالح گردگوشه میباشد که آزمایشها برای حالتهای مختلف دبی جریان و سه شیب افقی، 4 و 3/20 درصد انجام شد. پارامترهای مدل و محیط متخلخل بر مبنای دادههای آزمایشگاهی واسنجی گردیدند. بهمنظور ارزیابی حل تحلیلی حاضر، نتایج با دادههای آزمایشگاهی مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. نتایج بهدستآمده توافق رضایتبخشی با دادههای تجربی نیمرخ سطح آب را در هر سه شیب موردنظر نشان داد. بهطوریکه حداکثر خطای مدل پیشنهادی نسبت به دادههای تجربی 5/3 درصد است. طبق تحقیق حاضر، روش پیشنهادی میتواند برای تجزیه و تحلیل نیمرخ سطح آب در شرایط جریانهای غیر دارسی توصیف بهتری نسبت به مدل دارسی در محیطهای متخلخل ارائه کند.

تأثیر دمای گرماکافت و نوع ضایعات آلی بر ویژگیهای فیزیکوشیمیایی بیوچارهای تولیدی
بیوچار بهدلیل توانایی در بهبود حاصلخیزی خاک، غیرمتحرک کردن آلایندهها و همچنین یک روش مناسب برای ترسیب کربن و بهعنوان مخزن کربن مورد توجه بسیاری از محققان قرار گرفته است. بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر دمای گرماکافت و نوع ضایعات آلی بر ویژگیهای فیزیکوشیمیایی بیوچارهای تولیدی،آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی و بهصورت فاکتوریل با دو عامل نوع ضایعات آلی (کاه و کلش گندم و پوست گردو و بادام) و دمای گرماکافت (300 و °C500) و در سه تکرار طراحی شد. نتایج نشان داد که میزان EC، pH، خاکستر و CEC بیوچارهای تولیدی در دمای گرماکافت °C300 افزایش یافت. با افزایش دمای گرماکافت به °C500 میزان OC، CEC و گروههای عاملی سطحی بیوچارهای تولیدی نسبت به بیوچارهای تولیدی در دمای °C300 کاهش یافت، ولی میزان pH، خاکستر و EC بیوچار با افزایش دمای گرماکافت به °C500 افزایش یافت. بیشترین میزان EC، pH، مواد محلول در آب، خاکستر و کمترین میزان جرم مخصوص ظاهری مربوط به بیوچار کاه و کلش گندم تولیدی در دمای گرماکافت °C500 بود. بیشترین میزان کربنات کلسیم معادل مربوط به بیوچار پوست بادام تولیدی در دما گرماکافت °C500 حاصل شد. با افزایش دمای گرماکافت از 300 به °C500 درصد عملکرد تولید بیوچار کاهش، ولی میزان هدررفت و خروج مواد فرار مانند CO2 افزایش یافت. در کل، خصوصیات بیوچارهای تولیدی تابع نوع مواد اولیه و شرایط گرماکافت (دما و زمان ماندگاری) بود.

انتشارات اتمسفری از صنعت سیمان یکی از منابع اصلی آلودگی محیط زیست است. برای ارزیابی تأثیر گردوغبار سیمان بر برخی از ویژگیهای خاک در اطراف کارخانه سیمان یاسوج 61 نمونه خاک از کاربریهای مختلف در عمق 0-30 سانتیمتری تهیه شد. ویژگیهای مختلف خاک شامل pH، هدایت الکتریکی خاک، مواد آلی، کربنات کلسیم معادل، درصد شن، رس، سیلت و غلظت کل فلزات نیکل، منگنز، سرب و کادمیوم اندازهگیری شدند. به منظور بررسی نرمال بودن دادهها از آزمون کلموگروف-اسمیرنوف استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد خاکهای مورد مطالعه آهکی، غیرشور و قلیایی دارای 44/18 تا 54 درصد کربنات کلسیم معادل، 82/0 تا 19/2 درصد ماده آلی، 07/0 تا 96/0 دسی زیمنس بر متر هدایت الکتریکی و pH برابر 72/6 تا 02/8 بودند. مقادیر نیکل در دامنهی 98/214 تا 34/268 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم، مقادیر منگنز در دامنهی 45 تا 708 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم، مقادیر سرب در نمونههای خاک در دامنهی 25/2 تا 75/168 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم و مقادیر کادمیوم در نمونههای خاک در دامنه 37/0 تا 12/11 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم متغیر بودند. در نمونههای بررسی شده، میانگین غلظت فلزات نیکل، منگنز، سرب و کادمیوم بهترتیب 53/243، 46/436، 47/18 و 96/0 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم بود. ترتیب فراوانی میانگین غلظت فلزات سنگین بهصورت Mn >Ni >Pb >Cd بود. غلظت نیکل و کادمیوم در تمام نمونههای خاک و غلظت منگنز و سرب در تعدادی از نمونههای خاک کارخانه سیمان یاسوج بسیار بالاتر از استانداردهای جهانی USEPA بود. غلظت بالای این فلزات در خاکهای همجوار کارخانه در نتیجه فعالیتهای مختلف فرآوری مواد در فرآیند تولید سیمان و حرکت وسایل نقلیه در اطراف کارخانه سیمان است که نمایانگر تأثیر آلایندههای منتشر شده از این کارخانه در بالا رفتن غلظت فلزات است.

تحلیل حساسیت کلی مدل شبیهسازی آب زیرزمینی ساحلی با استفاده از پنج روش (آبخوان لاهیجان – چابکسر)
تأمین تقاضای آب به دلیل رشد سریع جمعیت و توسعه مناطق ساحلی، تشدید پیشروی آب شور به سمت آبهای زیرزمینی ساحلی را به یک مسئله جهانی در این مناطق تبدیل کرده است. تحلیل حساسیت رفتار آبخوانهای ساحلی نسبت به عوامل مختلف مؤثر در کنترل، جلوگیری از پیشروی آب شور به سمت آنها و ممانعت از ضررهای متعاقب آن، اقدامی حیاتی بشمار میآید. هدف مطالعه حاضر، تحلیل حساسیت کلی عوامل مؤثر بر پدیده پیشروی آب شور و اندرکنش آب دریای خزر و آبخوان ساحلی منطقه مطالعاتی است. برای ارزیابی میزان پیشروی، مدل عددی واسنجی و صحتسنجی سهبعدی وابسته به چگالی SUTRA به کار گرفته شد. در این روند از پنج روش شناخته شده تحلیل حساسیت کلی بهره گرفته شده و مقایسههای لازم با استفاده از محاسبه شاخصهای حساسیتی هر یک از روشها انجام گردیده است. از بین پنج روش بکار گرفته شده، روشهای آزمون حساسیت دامنه فوریه، مبتنی بر واریانس، PAWN و ناحیهای، نفوذپذیری لایه اول را به عنوان عامل حساستر شناسایی کردند. اما در روش اثرات ابتدایی، نفوذپذیری لایه پنجم به عنوان عامل حساستر معرفی شد. به طور کلی هرچه نفوذپذیری لایههای با گستردگی زیاد در سمت دریا بیشتر شود، پیشروی آب شور نیز بیشتر میشود. بنابراین، پیشروی آب شور حساسیت بیشتری به نفوذپذیری این لایهها دارد. این یافتهها در هدایت تصمیمات مدیریتی محدوده و نیز اولویتبندی اندازهگیریهای مربوط به آبخوان میتواند مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. این تصمیمات مبتنی بر یافتههای موضعی نبوده و کل تغییرات محتمل نفوذپذیری لایهها را مدنظر قرار میدهد، درنتیجه اطمینان بیشتری را سبب میشود.

بررسی جذب فسفر از محلول آبی توسط زغالهای زیستی چوب نخل و باگاس نیشکر تهیه شده در دماهای مختلف گرماکافت
پتاسیل زغالزیستی در جذب ترکیبات و عناصر از محلولهای آبی به ویژگیهای زغالزیستی و شرایط تولید آن بستگی دارد. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی کارایی جذب فسفر از محلولهای آبی توسط زغالهای زیستی چوب نخل و باگاس نیشکر تهیه شده در دماهای مختلف گرماکافت بود. بدین منظور زغالهای زیستی در دماهای متفاوت گرماکافت (250، 400 و 550 درجه سلسیوس) تهیه شدند و ویژگیهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی آنها اندازهگیری شد. آزمایشهای پیمانهای برای بررسی سینتیک جذب و همدمای جذب فسفر توسط زغالزیستی انجام شد. سپس دادههای بهدست آمده با مدلهای همدمای جذب (لانگمویر و فروندلیچ) و سینتیک جذب (شبهدرجه اول، شبه درجه دوم و پخش درون ذرهای) برازش داده شدند. همچنین تاثیر غلظتهای مختلف فسفر (25 تا 500 میلی گرم در لیتر) و pH محلول بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد بهطور کلی کارایی جذب فسفر توسط زغالهای زیستی باگاس نیشکر بیشتر (2/22 تا 3/35 درصد) از زغالهای زیستی چوب نخل بود و با افزایش دمای گرماکافت، جذب فسفر توسط زغالهای زیستی افزایش یافت. بیشترین مقدار جذب فسفر (94/46 میلیگرم بر گرم) مربوط به زغالزیستی باگاس نیشکر تهیه شده در دمای°C 550، بود. مدل فروندلیچ بهترین برازش را برای دادههای همدمای جذب فسفر توسط زغالزیستی نشان داد (0043/0=RMSE و 96/0=2R). نتایج همچنین نشان داد مدل شبه درجه دوم بهترین برازش را برای دادههای سینتیک جذب فسفر (99/0 =2R) داشت. با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش میتوان نتیجهگیری کرد زغالزیستی تهیه شده از باگاس نیشکر در دمای 550 درجه سلسیوس کارایی بالایی در جذب فسفر از محلولهای آبی دارد.

بررسی آلودگی دو سبزی ترب و جعفری به باکتریهای مقاوم به آنتیبیوتیک- مطالعه موردی استان گیلان
کاربرد کود دامی در سبزیکاریها و آبیاری آنها با فاضلاب میتواند مایه رسیدن آنتیبیوتیکها و باکتریهای پایدار در برابر آنها به خاک شود که در پی آن سبزیهای خوراکی به آنها آلوده میشوند. هدف این پژوهش بررسی باکتریهای پایدار در برابر آنتیبیوتیک در دو سبزی ترب و جعفری و خاک زیر کشت آنها بود. سه کشتزار سبزیکاری در شهرهای پیربازار، چابکسر و فومن استان گیلان گزینش شدند. از سبزیها و خاک در سه تکرار نمونهبرداری شد. شمار باکتریهای هتروتروف و کلیفرم آنها پس از ساخت سری رقت، بهترتیب در محیطهای کشت NA و EMB که دارای µg/mL 100 از هر یک از آنتیبیوتیکهای تریمتوپریم، جنتاماسین، سفالکسین و سیپروفلوکساسین بود، شمارش گردید. شناسه پایداری باکتریها به هر آنتیبیوتیک، از تقسیم شمار کلونیها در پتری دارای آن آنتیبیوتیک بر شمار کلونیها در پتری گواه (بدون آن) برآورد شد. دادهها در قالب طرح کرتهای دوبار خرد شده آنالیز شدند. تیمارها شامل جایگاه نمونهبرداری (در سه سطح) به عنوان کرت اصلی، گونه سبزی (در دو سطح) به عنوان کرت فرعی و گونه آنتیبیوتیک (در 4 سطح) کرت فرعی-فرعی بودند. پیامد گونه آنتیبیوتیک بر شناسه پایداری آنتیبیوتیکی باکتریهای سبزیها و خاک معنیدار بود (05/0>p) اما پیامد جایگاه نمونهبرداری و گونه کشت سبزی (ترب و جعفری) به ترتیب تنها بر شناسه پایداری آنتیبیوتیکی باکتریهای هتروتروف و کلیفرم سبزیها معنیدار شدند (01/0>p). در جایگاه چابکسر 29 درصد باکتریهای هتروتروف سبزیها و 42 درصد کلیفرمهای خاک به جنتامایسین پایدار بودند. بالاترین اندازه شناسه پایداری آنتیبیوتیکی کلیفرمها (38 درصد) در سبزی ترب و در برابر جنتامایسین به دست آمد. رویهمرفته باکتریهای قابلکشت سبزیها در جایگاه چابکسر دارای شناسه پایداری به آنتیبیوتیک بالاتری بودند و کاربرد تازهخوری سبزیهای کشت شده در این جایگاه پیشنهاد نمیشود.

تأثیر شوری آب منفذی و ماسه بادی بر مقاومت تک محوری و مدول الاستیسیته خاکهای رسی
ساخت بستر مناسب برای سازههای آبی مثل کانالها، طول عمر مفید آنها را افزایش میدهد. از جمله عوامل موثر در این موضوع، شرایط مقاومتی خاک است. ترکیبات شیمیایی موجود در خاک مقاومت آن را تحت تاثیر قرار داده و در نتیجه میزان باربری آن را دچار تغییر میکند. سدیم و کلسیم از جمله مهمترین کاتیونهای موجود در منابع آب و خاک هستند. در سالیان اخیر، به دلیل صرفه اقتصادی و سازگاری با محیط زیست، استفاده از ماسه بادی به عنوان ماده افزودنی برای اصلاح خاک گسترش یافته است. در این تحقیق تاثیر دو نمک کلرید سدیم و کلرید کلسیم و همچنین ماسه بادی، به عنوان ماده افزودنی، بر خصوصیات مقاومتی خاک رسی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتهاست. در این راستا، هر دو نمک و ماسه بادی در چهار سطح مختلف (به ترتیب 0، 5، 10 و 20 و صفر، 5، 10 و 15 درصد وزنی خاک خشک) به خاک افزوده و نمونههایی تهیه شد. پس از عملآوری در دو دوره 7 و 28 روزه، نمونهها تحت آزمایش مقاومت فشاری تک محوری قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که افزایش کلرید سدیم موجب کاهش خصوصیات مقاومتی خاک میشود و افزودن ماسه تاثیری بر روند کاهشی آن ندارد. همچنین، افزودن 5 درصد ماسه بادی و 5 درصد کلرید کلسیم موجب حصول حداکثر مقاومت فشاری و مدول الاستیسیته در خاک میشود. بر اساس نتایج بهدست آمده، افزودن کلرید کلسیم مقاومت خاک را به اندازه افزودنیهای شیمیایی دیگر مانند آهک افزایش نمیدهد. اما، موجب بهبود نسبی آن میشود. همچنین، برای بهبود مقاومت خاکهای دارای مقادیر زیاد سدیم، آبشویی آنها قبل از ساخت بستر سازه به عنوان راهکار مناسب توصیه میشود.

برآورد رواناب با استفاده از مدل IHACRES بر اساس دادههای ماهوارهای CHIRPS و مدلهای CMIP5 (مطالعه موردی: حوضه آبخیز گرگانرود-منطقه آققلا)
حوضه آبخیز یک سامانه هیدرولوژیکی پویا به لحاظ زمانی-مکانی است؛ بنابراین روند تبدیل بارش به رواناب نیز بسیار پیچیده است. مدلهای هیدرولوژیکی با توان بالقوه خود، ابزارهای کارآمدی بهویژه تحت شرایط تغییرات آب و هوایی محسوب میشوند. هدف از این مطالعه برآورد رواناب حوضه آبخیز گرگانرود-منطقه آققلا با استفاده از مدل نیمه توزیعی IHACRES است. به این منظور دادههای ایستگاه همدید گرگان، ایستگاه هیدرومتری آققلا، چهار مدل CanESM2، GFDL-CM3، HadGEM2 و MRI-CGCM3 از مجموعه مدلهای CMIP5 تحت روشهای ریزمقیاسنمایی آماری SDSM و MarkSimGCM و دادههای ماهوارهای بارش با توان تفکیک بالا CHIRPS (05/0 ×05/0 درجه قوسی) بهکارگیری شدند. در ادامه از آمارههای R2، MBE و RMSE برای صحتسنجی و از آزمونهای ناپارامتریکMann-Kendall و Sen’s Slope برای ارزیابی روند و شیب روند دادهها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد مدل CanESM2 ریزگردانی شده با SDSM از عملکرد بالاتری نسبت به مدلهای دیگر برخوردار است. همچنین دادههای CHIRPS کارایی مناسبی را برای مطالعه بارش نشان دادهاند. رفتار آماری بلندمدت دبی در آققلا نشان داد فروردین و اردیبهشت بیشینه دبی را در بین ماههای مختلف سال دارا میباشند. مدل IHACRES هر چند که در پیشبینی دبیهای بیشینه نتوانسته دقت مناسبی را ارائه دهد اما در مجموع دارای دقت قابل قبولی است. بارش-رواناب در دوره مدلسازی شده آینده تحت سناریوهای RCP2.6 و RCP4.5 روند کاهشی و تحت سناریو RCP8.5 روند جزئی افزایشی خواهد داشت. همچنین انتظار میرود با افزایش بارشهای حدی رخدادهای سیلابی در منطقه نیز روندی افزایشی داشته باشند.

در سالهای اخیر با رشد فناوری، روشهای نوین برای حل مسائل غیرخطی نظیر پیشبینی جریان رودخانهها به صورت قابل ملاحظهای توسعه یافته است. از جمله روشهایی که اخیراً توسط محققان مختلف در این زمینه مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است مدلهای ماشین بردار پشتیبان (SVM) و سیستم استنتاج عصبی فازی تطبیقی (ANFIS) میباشد. در این مطالعه از روشهای مذکور برای پیشبینی جریان ماهانه رودخانههای نازلوچای و سزار در دوره آماری 1395-1335 استفاده شد. در ابتدا الگوهای ورودی در دو حالت الف) استفاده از دادههای جریان و در نظر گرفتن نقش حافظه و ب) تاثیر دادن ترم پریودیک آماده و به مدلها معرفی گردید. مدلسازی براساس 80 درصد دادههای تاریخی ثبت شده صورت گرفت (576 ماه) و با 20 (144 ماه) درصد بقیه ارزیابی گردید. عملکرد مدلهای به کار رفته با شاخصهای آماری مجذور میانگین مربعات خطا (RMSE)، نش- ساتکلیف (NS) و میانگین قدر مطلق خطای نسبی (MARE)، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که روش SVM با تابع کرنل RBF بیشترین دقت را در پیشبینی جریان ماهانه هر دو رودخانه داشته و استفاده از ترم پریودیک توانسته است عملکرد آن را به طور قابل ملاحظهای افزایش دهد. همچنین کارایی مدل ANFIS نیز با استفاده از ترم پریودیک بهبود یافته و در محل ایستگاه تپیک در الگوی M7 و برای جریان رودخانه سزار با الگوی M6 کمترین خطا را در پیشبینی جریان داشته است. به طور کلی نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که روش SVM از عملکرد بهتری نسبت به مدل ANFIS در پیشبینی جریان برخوردار بوده و انتخاب تابع کرنل مناسب تاثیر مستقیمی بر کارایی آن دارد.

مقایسه سه مفهوم پرکاربرد در تبیین فراهمی آب خاک برای گیاه (CPAW، EI و Mho) و قابلیتسنجی آنها به عنوان شاخص مدیریت خاک
پیچیدگی مفهوم فراهمی آب خاک موجب ظهور روشهای متنوعی برای برآورد آن شده است. از این بین روش مرسوم آب قابل استفاده برای گیاه (CPAW=FC-PWP) به دلیل سهولت در اندازهگیری، رایج تراست. اما از نظر تئوری روشهای انرژی جمعی (EI) و پتانسیل کرشهف (Mh0) بهدلیل دخالت ویژگیهای خاک و توان گیاه برای جذب آب، نیز مورد توجهاند. در این پژوهش فراهمی آب با استفاده از مفاهیم CPAW، EI و Mh0 در دامنهی گستردهای از 72 نمونهی خاک با ویژگیهای فیزیکی متنوع تعیین و نتایج مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. همچنین دامنههای مختلف رطوبتی برای تعیین فراهمی آب مورد آزمون قرار گرفت و ضریب جدید رطوبت ظرفیت مزرعه بهعنوان حد بالای مفهوم فراهمی آب محاسبه گردید. با وجود همبستگی ضعیف بین EI و Mh0، روند تغییرات آنها در خاکهای مختلف تا حدودی نزدیک بود که بیانگر تشابه آنها در برآورد آب قابل جذب توسط گیاهان است. در مقابل، عدم وجود یک رابطه مشخص بین EI و Mh0 با CPAW موید عدم همبستگی آنها در تبیین فراهمی آب مورد نیاز گیاه بود. سهولت بهکارگیری CPAW موجب میشود استفاده از آن برای بررسی تفاوت خاکها از نظر ویژگیهای هیدرولیکی همچنان ارجحیت داشته باشد. از طرفی استفاده از نتایج حاصل از EI و Mh0 برای تبیین فراهمی آب مفید خواهد بود اما همچنان از نظر تعیین حدود آستانه نیاز به اصلاح دارد.

تخمین تبخیرتعرق واقعی با استفاده از تصاویر سنجندههای MODIS و ETM+ در اراک
در این تحقیق به بررسی توزیع مکانی تبخیرتعرق و رابطه آن با سنجش از دور در مقابل دادههای لایسیمتری به عنوان شاهد در شهرستان اراک واقع در استان مرکزی در ایران پرداخته شده است. در برآورد مقدار تبخیرتعرق واقعی براساس مدلهای SEBAL، SSEB و TSEB در منطقه از 28 تصویر از سنجندههای MODISو سنجنده + ETM در طی سالهای1380 تا 1383 استفاده شد. تعدد تصاویر MODIS وقدرت تفکیک زمانی مناسب آن، دلیلی بر میزان خطای کمتر در برآورد تبخیرتعرق مرجع است. طبق نتایج آماری از میان سه مدل مورد بررسی، مدل SEBALبا کمترین میزان RMSE در هر دو سنجنده MODIS وETM+ (97/0و 38/1میلیمتر بر روز) بهعنوان مدل برتر در منطقه معرفی شد و مدل TSEBضعیفترین عملکرد را در هر دو سنجنده MODISوETM+ داشته است (mm/day 57/3 و 53/2RMSE=). در مقایسه عملکرد دو سنجنده، سنجنده ETM+ماهواره لندست7 به دلیل قدرت تفکیک مکانی بالاتر، برای برآورد تبخیرتعرق توصیه میشود. علاوه بر این در بررسی پوشش گیاهی، بر اساس شاخص گیاهی NDVI، در ابتدای دوره کشت به دلیل جوانهزنی و تنک بودن پوشش گیاهی، این شاخص در پایینترین حد خود قرار دارد و بهترتیب با افزایش دمای هوا و پوشش گیاهی، شاخص NDVI رو به افزایش است. فاکتور L اهمیت بهسزایی در برآورد SAVI و در نهایت، برآورد تبخیرتعرق برای منطقه مورد مطالعه دارد که به پوشش منطقه وابسته است. در این تحقیق برای منطقه مورد مطالعه در دوره رشد حداکثری گیاه، مقدار6/0 L= تخمین زده شد که در برابر دیگر مقادیر مورد بررسی، دارای کمترین مقدار خطا بود.

کاربرد روش شبهمعکوسپذیری در تعیین توزیع زمانی و مکانی غلظت آلاینده بهصورت معکوس در زمان
آلایندهها معمولاً بهصورت نامحسوس و ناگهانی در رودخانهها تخلیه میشوند که میتواند منشأ انسانی و یا طبیعی داشته باشد، لذا یافتن هر چه سریعتر اطلاعاتی از منبع آلاینده برای کاهش خسارات بسیار حائز اهمیت است. آلاینده توسط فرآیندهای جابهجایی-پراکندگی در رودخانه انتشار پیدا میکند. پس میتوان با استفاده از حل معکوس رابطهی جابهجایی-پراکندگی اطلاعاتی از محل و یا زمان انتشار آلاینده بهدست آورد. هدف از انجام این تحقیق حل معکوس رابطهی جابهجایی-پراکندگی و بهدست آوردن اطلاعاتی از زمان انتشار و دادههای سری زمانی غلظت آلاینده تخلیهشده در رودخانههای موردمطالعه است. در این تحقیق برای حل معکوس رابطهی جابهجایی-پراکندگی از روش شبهمعکوسپذیری استفاده شده که در این روش با اضافه کردن ترم پایداری (ترم مشتق چهارم) به رابطهی جابهجایی-پراکندگی میتوان رابطهی مذکور را بهصورت معکوس بدون ناپایدار شدن پاسخها حل نمود. برای صحتسنجی مدل از یک مثال فرضی و مطالعه موردی بازهای از رودخانه کارون بهره برده شده است. روش مذکور با حل معکوس رابطهی جابهجایی-پراکندگی که موجب گسترش آلودگی در رودخانه میشود، غلظت تجربهشده در نقاط و بازههای مختلف رودخانه را تعیین مینماید. بیشترین غلظت آلاینده دریافتی هر بازه، زمان دریافت غلظت بیشینه و متوسط غلظت دریافتی هر بازه از نتایج این روش است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که پسبینی مدل شبهمعکوسپذیری با دقت بالایی انجام گرفته و روش مذکور در پایداری حل معکوس معادله جابهجایی-پراکندگی موفق عمل نموده است.

ارزیابی مدلهای کلاسیک و مدل مفهومی IHACRES و مدل هیبریدی ANN ARMA-درشبیهسازی و پیش-بینی جریان روزانه مارون
هدف از این پژوهش مقایسه عملکرد مدلهای سری زمانی خطی باکس-جنکنیز و مدل مفهومیIHACRES ، مدل شبکه عصبی پرسپترون چندلایه و مدل هیبریدی ARMA-ANN به منظور شبیهسازی و پیشبینی جریان روزانه حوضه مارون میباشد. بدین منظور از دادههای 1370-1385 برای واسنجی و از دادههای 1386 -1396 برای صحتسنجی مدلها استفاده گردید. برای انتخاب مدلهای برتر باکس-جنکنز از آمارههای شوارتز ((SBC و معیار اطلاعات اکائیک ((AIC بهره گرفته شد. در مدلسازی دبی جریان روزانه حوضه مارون با شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی سعی شد از سناریوها و الگوریتمهای آموزشی و توابع انتقال متفاوت با ساختار نرونی گوناگون استفاده گردید. برای مدلسازی شدت جریان روزانه با شبکه عصبی، سناریو 1 با تعداد پارامتر و تاخیر زمانی کمتر به عنوان سناریو برتر برگزیده شد. بررسی معیارهای ارزیابی مدلها نشان داد که عملکرد مدل مفهومی در مرحله صحتسنجی بهتر از مرحله واسنجی بوده است. همچنین مدل میانگین متحرک مرتبه چهارم MA(4) با داشتن کمترین مقدار ضریب تبیین برابر با 61/0، ضعیفترین عملکرد را در بین مدلهای مختلف باکس-جنکینز به خود اختصاص داد. بررسی معیارهای ارزیابی عملکرد مدل، حاکی از برتری نسبی مدل هیبریدی ARMA-ANN نسبت به سایر مدلهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش دارد. بهطوری که مدل ARMA-ANN بیشترین مقادیر عددی ضریب تبین 86/0 و ضریب نش-ساتکلیف 81/0 به خود اختصاص داده است. این مطلب نشاندهنده توانایی و عملکرد مدل هیبریدی ARMA-ANN درشبیهسازی و پیشبینی جریان روزانه حوضه مارون در مقایسه با سایر مدلها است.

عمق نصب زهکشهای زیرزمینی در مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک؛ چالشها و راهکارها
چالش اصلی در تعیین عمق زهکشها در مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک، عدم کارآیی زهکشهای کمعمق در کنترل شوری و در عینحال تخلیه زهاب بیشتر، شورتر و آلودهتر توسط زهکشهای عمیق است. در فصل آبیاری، هدف زهکشی عمدتاً تهویه خاک است و عمق طراحی زهکشها باید سطح آب زیرزمینی را در موقعیتی حفظ کند که از آسیبهای ناشی از ماندابی جلوگیری شود. در دوره بدون آبیاری، حداقل عمق لازم برای زهکشها باید بهگونهای باشد که از صعود شوری همراه با جریان مویینگی جلوگیری کند. شاید بهترین راهکار فائق آمدن بر تعارض کنترل شوری و آسیب کمتر به محیطزیست، زهکشی کنترل شده است. با اینحال هزینه نصب تجهیزات و سازههای لازم برای این سامانهها و همچنین مشکلات بهرهبرداری و نگهداری، سبب شده است تا اجرا و بهرهبرداری از آنها در کشورهای درحال توسعه گسترش زیادی پیدا نکند. شاید بهنظر سادهترین و کمهزینهترین راهکار، شخمزدن خاک و یا هرگونه عملیات خاکورزی است که موجب قطع لولههای مویین شود. ولی شخم زدن پس از برداشت محصول، محتوای مواد آلی خاک را در برابر نور آفتاب قرار میدهد که با سرعت اکسید میشوند و این امر بر حاصلخیزی اراضی اثر منفی خواهد گذاشت. یک راهکار قابل پیشنهاد دیگر سامانه زهکشی دوعمقی است. در چنین سامانهای، وظیفه کنترل سطح ایستابی در فصل آبیاری بیشتر بر عهده زهکشهای کمعمق است و در فصل بدون آبیاری سطح ایستابی به تراز زهکشهای عمیقتر نزول میکند و پتانسیل شور شدن مجدد به وسیله خیز مویینگی کاهش مییابد.

در جهان امروزی نیاز به سیستم کشاورزی پایداری که در آن منابع زیستمحیطی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد و در عین حال هیچ آسیبی به محیطزیست وارد نسازد، بسیار حیاتی است. هدرروی نیتروژن از مهمترین مشکلات کشاورزی متراکم و پر تولید است. کاربرد منابع آلی موجب کاهش مصرف نهادههای شیمیایی و تحقق اهداف کشاورزی پایدار میشود. کاربرد مواد اصلاحکننده نظیر بیوچار و هیدروچار در ایجاد شرایط بهینه رشد و افزایش عملکرد گیاه و کاهش آب مصرفی و همچنین کاهش آبشویی نیترات نقش بهسزایی میتواند ایفا کند. در تحقیق حاضر تأثیر بیوچار و هیدروچار حاصل از باگاس نیشکر بر عملکرد محصول و بهرهوری آب و آبشویی نیتروژن در کشت ذرت تحت دو سطح آبیاری کامل و کمآبیاری (بهاندازه 30 درصد) و دو سطح کوددهی 200 و 160 کیلوگرم در هکتار نیتروژن برای هر کدام از منابع اوره، بیوچار و هیدروچار بررسی شد. افزودن بیوچار و هیدروچار به خاک موجب افزایش عملکرد محصول، و بهرهوری آب و کاهش میزان زهآب خروجی و آبشویی نیتروژن از خاک شد. بیوچار در مقایسه با هیدروچار بهدلیل تخلخل بالا و سطح ویژه بیشتر نقش مؤثرتری بر هریک از پارامترهای فوق داشت. با کاربرد بیوچار و هیدروچار در شرایط مطلوب رطوبتی در مقایسه با کاربرد اوره میزان زهآب خروجی بهترتیب 2/9 و 1/3 درصد کاهش داشت و میزان کاهش آبشویی نیتروژن نیز بهترتیب برابر 2/6 و 4/3 درصد بود. بنابراین استفاده از بیوچار و هیدروچار میتواند بهعنوان یک راهکار مؤثر برای کاهش اثرات منفی کشاورزی مطرح باشد.

تلفیق تصاویر دمای سطح زمین مودیس و لندست-8 با استفاده از مدل تلفیق مکانی-زمانی تصویر
دستیابی به تصاویر ماهوارهای با قدرت تفکیک مکانی و زمانی بالا بهصورت همزمان یکی از چالشهای جدی محققان در حوزه سنجش از دور و کاربردهای آن بوده است. در سالهای اخیر، محققان تلاش جدی برای حل این مسئله انجام دادهاند. استفاده از تکنیک تلفیق مکانی و زمانی تصاویر، ایدهای بوده که در چند سال اخیر مورد توجه بسیاری قرار گرفته است. در این مطالعه با استفاده از الگوریتم تلفیق مکانی-زمانی تصویر (STI-FM) و تصاویر دمای سطح زمین سنجنده مودیس، تولید تصاویر شبهلندست دمای سطح زمین در بازههای کمتر از قدرت تفکیک زمانی لندست (16 روزه) و بر روی منطقهای از اراضی زمینی مختلف، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. الگوریتم STI-FM شامل دو گام اصلی میباشد. ابتدا ضرایب رابطه خطی بین دو تصویر دمای سطح زمین مودیس در زمانهای 1 و 2 تعیین میشود و در گام دوم این ضرایب به تصویر دمای سطح زمین لندست در زمان 1 اعمال میشود تا تصویر شبهلندست در زمان 2، پیشبینی شود. نتایج نشان داد که رابطه خطی قوی بین دو تصویر مودیس در زمانهای 1 و 2 وجود دارد (ضرایب تعیین 85/0 و 95/0). ارزیابی کیفی و کمی تصاویر مصنوعی دمای سطح زمین انجام شد؛ و مشخص شد که توافق بصری بالا و رابطه قوی بین تصاویر دمای سطح زمین واقعی و مصنوعی بر روی پوششهای مختلف زمینی وجود دارد؛ ضرایب R2 و RMSE بهترتیب در محدوده 74/0-94/0 و 44/1-52/2 قرار گرفتند.

رطوبت خاک یک پارامتر تعیین کننده در بسیاری از فرآیندهای پیچیده زیستمحیطی است و نقش تعیین کنندهای در وقوع خشکسالی کشاورزی دارد. بدین منظور در این تحقیق، با استفاده از دادههای برآورد شده رطوبت خاک توسط مدل DSSAT و دادههای گزارش پنجم تغییراقلیم، خشکسالی کشاورزی بهکمک شاخص کمبود رطوبت خاک (SMDI) برای دورههای آتی (2015-2045) و (2045-2075) تعیین و با دوره پایه (1975-2005) مقایسه گردید. خروجی مدلهای GCM تحت دو سناریو انتشار RCP4.5 و RCP8.5 بهکمک مدل LARS-WG در موقعیت محدوده مطالعاتی ریزمقیاس به مدل DSSAT وارد شد. در نهایت با استفاده از دادههای رطوبت عمقهای 30-0 و 60-30 سانتیمتری خاک، خشکسالی کشاورزی بهکمک شاخص SMDI مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که دمای کمینه و بیشینه و بارش در دوره آتی نسبت به دوره پایه در محدوده مطالعاتی افزایش یافته است و سناریو RCP8.5 نسبت به سناریو RCP4.5، دمای بیشتر و بارش کمتری را برآورد کرده است.رطوبت هفتگی خاک برای دورههای آتی نسبت به دوره پایه کاهش یافته و مقادیر رطوبت خاک در سناریو RCP4.5 نسبت به سناریو RCP8.5 بیشتر برآورد شده است. همچنین تغییرات رطوبت هفتگی خاک در سطوح مختلف آبیاری در دوره پایه نسبت به دورههای آتی کمتر است. مقادیر برآورد شده شاخص خشکسالی SMDI سناریو RCP4.5 عمق 30-0 در دوره 2045-2015 نسبت به دوره 2075-2045 منفیتر و خشکسالی بیشتری را نشان میدهد؛ در حالی که در سناریو RCP8.5 دوره 2045-2015 وضعیت بهتری را دارد. شاخص خشکسالی SMDI عمق 60-30 در هر دو سناریو برای دوره 2045-2015 مقادیر کمتر از دوره 2075-2045 را نشان میدهند. سناریو RCP4.5 شاخص خشکسالی SMDI بیشتری را نسبت به سناریو RCP8.5 برآورد میکند.

تأثیر باکتریهای محرک رشد گیاه جداسازی شده از دیمزارها بر فسفر قابل جذب و برخی از صفات فیزیولوژیک و رشدی گیاه گندم در تنش کمآب
تنشهای کمآبی، شوری و عدم تغذیه بهینه عناصر غذایی بهخصوص فسفر ازجمله چالشهای مهم برای تولید گندم در دیمزارهای ایران میباشد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر سه سویه باکتری محرک رشد گیاه بر فسفر قابل دسترس خاک و نیز برخی از صفات فیزیولوژیک و رشدی گیاه گندم انجام شد. برای این منظور آزمایش گلدانی بهصورت فاکتوریل سه عامله شامل تنش کمآبی در دو سطح، مصرف کود فسفره در 6 سطح و سویههای باکترهایی محرک رشد گیاه در 4 سطح و در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در مدت 125 روز اجرا شد. نتایج نشان داد که در تنش کمآبی 55 درصد ظرفیت زراعی (FC) و بدون استفاده از کود فسفره، تیمار باکتری Staphylococcus succinus نسبت به شاهد بهترتیب باعث افزایش 4/2، 9/4، 7/2 برابری فسفر قابل دسترس، جذب فسفر ریشه و دانه شد. در تیمار رطوبتی 80 درصد FCو بدون استفاده از کود فسفره، تیمارهایS. succinus، Bacillus safensisو B. pumilusنسبت به شاهد بهترتیب باعث افزایش 6/1، 6/1 و 6/1 برابری فسفر قابل دسترس، 1/3، 1/3 و 9/2 برابری جذب فسفر ریشه و 2/2، 4/2، 2/2 برابری جذب فسفر دانه شد. بیشترین میزان وزن خشک ریشه، اندام هوایی و دانه بهترتیب با مقادیر 3/5، 2/18 و 6/4 گرم بر گلدان در تیمار حداکثری کود فسفره (F4) بهدست آمد. در تنش کمآبی 55 درصد FC، تیمار باکتری S. succinus نسبت به شاهد بهترتیب 8، 9/31، 4/20 و 5/25 درصد میزان پرولین، وزن خشک ریشه، وزن خشک دانه و جذب فسفر اندام هوایی گیاه را افزایش داد. در کل استفاده از S. succinus strain R12N2 برای افزایش تولید گندم در دیمزارها مناسب به نظر میرسد.
