Experimental factors included temperature at 4°C (stress temperature) and 25°C (optimum growth temperature) and application of silicon fertilizer from source of silicic acid at five levels; 0, 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 mg/kg with three replications, in total 30 pots. The measured traits included the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), antioxidant enzymes and the qualitative characteristics of aloe vera consist of Mannose, Glucomannan and Aloin concentrations and the plant growth characteristics including aloe vera gel and leaf weight, which were tested at 4°C as cold stress temperature and 25°C as the optimum growth temperature of the plant. The obtained results after applying cold stress showed that the effect of silicon fertilizer levels applied on (SOD) and (CAT) and Glucomannan and Mannose activities were significant at 1% level. It was also observed that the interaction of different concentrations of silicon fertilizer and temperature stress is significant at 1% level on all compounds. For vegetative and biochemical traits, the highest interaction was observed in treatment of 2000 mg/kg silicic asid fertilizer at 25°C. For antioxidants, the highest interaction was found in treatment of 2000 mg/kg silicic acid and stress temperature of 4°C. Therefore, the application of 2000 mg/kg pure silicon could have positive effects on the activity of antioxidant enzymes and vegetative traits at normal temperature and a more favorable effect on biochemical traits under temperature stress. Consequently, the silicium fertilizer can be applied as a useful and suitable element in ncreasing the quantity and quality of aloe vera plant.}, keywords = {Silicon,temperature stress,growth traits,Antioxidant}, title_fa = {تأثیر سطوح مختلف سیلیسیم از منبع سیلیسیک اسید بر بهبود صفات رویشی گیاه دارویی آلوئه ورا Aloe vera L. تحت تنش سرما}, abstract_fa = {با توجه به اهمیت عناصر مفیدی همچون سیلیسیم در بهبود مقاومت گیاه به تنش‌های محیطی و زیستی، آزمایشی به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در شهرستان هشتگرد گلخانه هیدروپونیک شماره ۲۵۶ اجرا گردید. فاکتورهای آزمایشی عبارت بودند از دما شامل دو دمای oc 4  (دمای تنش) و oc 25 (دمای مناسب)، سطح مصرف کود سیلیسیم از منبع سیلیسیک‌اسید شامل پنج سطح صفر، ۵۰۰، ۱۰۰۰ و1500و ۲۰۰۰ میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم و در سه تکرار و مجموعاً 30 گلدان. در این پژوهش فعالیت آنزیم‌های آنتی‌اکسیدان سوپراکسید دیسموتاز و کاتالاز و خصوصیات کیفی گیاه آلوئه ورا شامل غلظت‌های منوز، گلوکومانان، آلوئین و خصوصیات رشد رویشی شامل وزن ژل و برگ گیاه آلوئه ورا اندازه‌گیری شدند. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده پس از اعمال تنش سرمایی، نشان‌ داد که اثر سطوح مصرفی سیلیسیم بر فعالیت آنزیم سوپراکسید دیسموتاز و کاتالاز و گلگونان و منوز در سطح یک درصد معنی‌دار شد. همچنین اثر متقابل سطوح مختلف غلظت سیلیسیم و تنش دمایی بر تمامی ترکیبات در سطح یک درصد معنی‌دار شد. برای صفات رویشی و بیوشیمیایی، بیشترین اثر متقابل در تیمار 2000 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم و دمای شاهد oc 25 و برای آنتی‌اکسیدان‌ها در تیمار 2000 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم اسید سیلیسیک و تنش دمایی oc4 مشاهده شد. بنابراین مصرف سیلیسیم خالص در مقدار 2000 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم می‌تواند اثرات مثبتی بر فعالیت آنزیم‌های آنتی‌اکسیدان و صفات رویشی در دمای نرمال و تأثیر مطلوب‌تری بر صفات بیوشیمیایی در شرایط تنش دمایی داشته باشد. بنابراین میتوان از کود سیلیسیم به‌عنوان یک عنصر مفید و مناسب در افزایش کمیت و کیفیت گیاه آلوئه ورا استفاده کرد.}, keywords_fa = {Silicon,temperature stress,growth traits,Antioxidant}, url = {https://ijswr.ut.ac.ir/article_80436.html}, eprint = {https://ijswr.ut.ac.ir/article_80436_05a1881a43c1ca35ef51fc655827ba19.pdf} }
