This study was conducted to incorporate hydrological and hydraulic uncertainties in the probabilistic design of Karun-4 diversion system in Khuzestan province, southwestern Iran. The risk-based multivariate probabilistic model was developed for determining the effect of uncertainty sources on the characteristics of the flow diversion system. For this purpose, the time series of annual maximum peak flow and maximum flood volume data for a period of 37 years were prepared and evaluated. Archimedean copula function and non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm were adopted to minimize the overtapping risk and construction cost as objective functions. Diameter, slope, wall covering and tunnel entrance height, cofferdam height at upstream and downstream were searched as decision variables in the possible space of the problem. The results show that optimal values of upstream cofferdam height, downstream cofferdam height and the diameter of the first and second tunnels were estimated as 44.5, 12.5, 10.5 and 9.9 m, respectively, all corresponding to 25-year return period. Moreover, the results suggest that the proposed framework could be valuable for decision makers when economic, hydraulic and hydrological uncertainties are expected.}, keywords = {Upstream cofferdam,Non-dominated sorting,Multi-objective optimization,Risk-based analysis}, title_fa = {بهینه‌یابی مبتنی بر ریسک سیستم انحراف سیلاب سد کارون 4 تحت عدم قطعیت‌های هیدرولیکی و هیدرولوژیکی}, abstract_fa = {بهینه‌سازی سیستم انحراف سیلاب بر پایه ریسک، چارچوبی است که به طراحان اجازه میدهد که عدم قطعیت‌های عامل بر فرایند تصمیمگیری را در نظر گرفته و سطح اعتمادپذیری این سازه هیدرولیکی را تعیین کنند. این مطالعه به منظور کاربرد عدم قطعیت‌های هیدرولیکی و هیدرولوژیکی در طراحی احتمالاتی سیستم انحراف سیلاب سد کارون 4 در استان خوزستان واقع در جنوب غربی ایران انجام شده است. تأثیر منابع عدم قطعیت بر مشخصههای سیستم انحراف جریان با استفاده از توسعه یک مدل احتمالاتی چندمتغیره بر پایه توابع مفصل تعیین شده است. برای دستیابی به این هدف، سریهای زمانی دادهها شامل دبی حداکثر لحظه‌ای سالانه و حجم حداکثر سیلاب سالانه برای یک دوره 37 ساله گردآوری شد. دو تابع هدف کمینهسازی ریسک شکست سیستم و کمینهسازی هزینه ساخت به عنوان دو هدف متضاد در ساختار یک مدل شبیه‌سازی- بهینه‌سازی با الگوریتم ژنتیک چندهدفه مبتنی بر رتبهبندی نامغلوب تعریف و برای رسیدن به بهترین مقادیر متغیرهای تصمیم اجرا شد. قطر، شیب، پوشش دیواره و ارتفاع ورودی تونلها، ارتفاع فرازبند، و ارتفاع نشیب بند بهعنوان متغیرهای تصمیم در فضای امکانپذیر مسأله جستجو شد. نتایج نشان داد دوره بازگشت 25 سال با توجه به دو عامل هزینه و ریسک روگذری پاسخ بهینه به شمار میرود. برای این دوره بازگشت قطر تونلها 5/10 و 9/9 متر، ارتفاع فرازبند 5/44 متر و ارتفاع نشیب بند 5/12 متر حاصل گردید. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که این مفهوم میتواند با لحاظ نمودن تغییرات اقتصادی، هیدرولوژیکی و هیدرولیکی، برای توسعه ساختار طراحی سیستمهای انحراف سیلاب سودمند باشد.}, keywords_fa = {فرازبند,رتبه‌بندی نامغلوب,بهینه سازی چندهدفه,تحلیل مبتنی بر ریسک}, url = {https://ijswr.ut.ac.ir/article_77256.html}, eprint = {https://ijswr.ut.ac.ir/article_77256_cc037738acd33d23608f860897efffef.pdf} }
