The aim of the experiment was to investigate some macronutrient and micronutrient accumulation in leaves of different soybean cultivars as influenced by some organic fertilizer types and levels. Main plots included 8 fertilizer treatments consisting of 20 and 40 tons per hectare of compost, vermicompost and sewage sludge; chemical fertilizer treatment (75 Kg ha-1 of potassium sulfate and ammonium phosphate) as well as control (with no application of organic or chemical fertilizers). Sub plots consisted of three genotypes of soybean (032, 033 and JK). Results showed that maximum grain yield was recorded in levels of 20 and 40 ton ha-1 of sewage sludge (2663.1 and 2842.1 Kg ha-1, respectively), 40 ton ha-1 municipal compost (2791.4 Kg ha-1) and chemical fertilizer (2676.7 Kg ha-1). Among fertilizers 40 ton per hectare of municipal compost, vermicompost and sewage sludge produced significantly higher (P < 0.05) grain yield, as well as higher nitrogen, phosphorous, copper and iron content in leaves as compared to other treatments. Ferthermore, maximum grain yield, nitrogen and phosphorous content of leaves were observed in JK (2535 Kg ha-1, 3.9 and 0.25% respectively) and 033 (2667.4 Kg ha-1, 3.7 and 0.26% respectively). The results of mean comparisons revealed that interaction effects of fertilizer and cultivar exerted significant effect on Cu content in soybean leaves so that most Cu accumulations were observed in 032 and 033 lines when 40 tons per hectare of municipal compost was applied. Grain yield had a significant and positive correlation (r= 0.35**, r= 0.59** and r= 0.46**, respectively) with N, P, and K content of leaves.}, keywords = {Compost,Nutrients,sewage sludge,soybean,vermicompost,yield}, title_fa = {تأثیر نوع و مقدار کود آلی بر عملکرد دانه و غلظت عناصر غذایی برگ سه رقم سویا (Glycine max (L.) Merr)}, abstract_fa = {این تحقیق به صورت آزمایش کرت‌های خرد شده بر پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در سال 1385 در دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی ساری به منظور مطالعه صفات کمی و کیفی ارقام مختلف سویا تحت تأثیر کاربرد انواع و مقادیر مختلف کودهای آلی انجام شد. کرت‌های اصلی عبارت بودند از هشت تیمار کودی شامل سطوح 20 و 40 تن در هکتار کمپوست زباله شهری، ورمی کمپوست و لجن فاضلاب، تیمار فقط کود شیمیایی (75 کیلوگرم در هکتار سولفات پتاسیم و فسفات آمونیوم) و شاهد (بدون مصرف کمپوست یا کود شیمیایی). کرت‌های فرعی شامل سه رقم سویا (033، 032 و JK) بود. نتایج نشان داد که سطوح 20 و 40 تن در هکتار لجن فاضلاب (به ترتیب 1/2663 و 1/2842 کیلوگرم در هکتار)، 40 تن کمپوست در هکتار (4/2791 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و تیمار کود شیمیایی (7/2676 کیلوگرم در هکتار) بالاترین عملکرد دانه را نشان دادند. تیمارهای 40 تن کمپوست زباله شهری، ورمی کمپوست و لجن فاضلاب در هکتار موجب افزایش معنی‌دار(P< 0.05) محتوی نیتروژن، فسفر، مس و آهن در برگ ارقام سویا گردید. در بین ارقام مورد کشت بالاترین عملکرد دانه، درصد نیتروژن و محتوی فسفر برگ در ژنوتیپ‌های Jk (به ترتیب 2535 کیلوگرم در هکتار، 9/3 درصد و 25/0 درصد) و 033 (به ترتیب با 4/2667 کیلوگرم در هکتار، 7/3 درصد و 26/0 درصد) مشاهده شد. نتایج مقایسه میانگین‌ها نشان داد اثر متقابل کود و رقم بر میزان مس برگ سویا تأثیر معنی‌داری داشت به طوری که بیشترین محتوی مس برگ در لاین‌های 032 و 033 و در تیمار 40 تن کمپوست در هکتار مشاهده شد. عملکرد دانه از همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌داری با درصد نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاسیم (به ترتیب **35/0r = و **59/0r = و **46/0r =) برگ برخوردار بود.}, keywords_fa = {Compost,Nutrients,sewage sludge,soybean,vermicompost,yield}, url = {https://ijswr.ut.ac.ir/article_21048.html}, eprint = {https://ijswr.ut.ac.ir/article_21048_a4c48901dee31d7d3d70e636a5e9c13a.pdf} }
